Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover for iPad Air - $79.95 (Save $20) @ Dick Smith

80

Cheapest I've seen for the new version of this Ultrathin Keyboard for the iPad Air. Not as low as last years bargain on here for the previous model, but that's probably unlikely to be repeated.

I bought a couple of these last week, it doesn't feel quite as robust as the previous model (particularly when sitting the iPad Air in Portrait orientation), but still a great keyboard.

  • Is there a cover to protect this cover? It seems can be easily scratched.

  • this is not Bluetooth is it? i am after a good Bluetooth one.. any recommendations?

    • Yes it is Bluetooth

  • I'd check out the Belkin version too, but previous version has been best of this kind.

  • Cheaper at The Good Guys $72: http://www.thegoodguys.com.au/buyonline/Logitech_Ultrathin_K…

I was told this would be compatible with newer versions of the iPad as well. Must say its a fabulous product.

    • is someone able to confirm that the ipad air would clip into the ipad 2 sized case?

so yes technically the keyboard itself is compatible (connection over bluetooth), and you can prop up your ipad air in it, but you wouldn't be able to clip your ipad air into that one as the ipad air and ipad 2 are different sizes

    • It will not work with the iPad Air, I had that keyboard cover with my iPad 3, and whilst it'll pair with the iPad Air, you can't use it as a case or stand, negating the use for it.

  • These won't work at all for the air they will hang over as the case is significantly wider than the ipad air
