  • This is a good price for the G19, but the regular price is definitely not $399.95 as stated. I remember getting mine a couple of years ago for around $150. Also, it's very refreshing to see a decent price from the official Logitech site, never thought that would happen.

    • HI, thanks for feedback, the SRP has been $399.95. It's quite possible that special offers have been available via retailers, resellers, online stores etc over the years.

  • It's gone down $6 in the past 4 days according to the previous deal was going for $105 with free delivery.

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/126989

    • That's LogitechShop, not Logitech themselves, also $6. Either way, both Logitech and LogitechShop have the same deal for this keyboard so it's up to people whoever they trust more.

      • Still $6 less though. Wonder if those who ordered it the other day from logitechshop.com.au (Fluidtek) for $105 might be slightly annoyed they could of saved $6 a few days later. This is ozbargain after all.

    • The offer posted above for sale directly from Logitech Australia.

      • Can you provide link?

Not the best deal on that Logitech G600 Gaming mouse. Dick Smith currently has the white G600 for $49.99 and the black G600 for $59.99 both with free delivery. And Logitech wants $69. Doesn't seem such a special deal to me.

Oh and the Logitech has the G500 mouse for $49 but Dick Smith has the G500s mouse for $44.99. Surely Logitech themselves could have done better.

        • Hi hollykryten, thanks for your feedback, the deal we've posted here is for the G19 @$99.

We are sure you'll find lots of great specials, bargains and offers all around Australia for Logitech products coming into Christmas & Boxing Day Sales.

          enjoy your bargain hunting

Where have the cool Logitech gaming products gone? No more f710, rumblepad, good joysticks with vibration like the old Wingman series….and the latest remotes SUCK!

Bring back 10 years ago quality and range please!

    • Hey thanks for your feedback, lots of things have changed over the years and our range has evolved based on technology or platform evolution combined with changes in what people are using these days around the world. A good example is our latest release the Powershell + Controller for iPhone, our new G602 Gaming Mouse with over 1400 hours battery life or even our new Tablet range of accessories.

      • Yes, I understand that there has been product diversity and the need to do so, however the 'core' gaming products that Logitech became famous for have all either gone, or been watered down with underwhelming replacements. I do admit that when I look at my old (and big) Wingman Force joystick it would cost too much to manufacture and ship at a reasonable price these days, but to give in and leave other companies (who started out copying Logitech) to be the only sources of quality gaming gear is regretful.

        IMO, Logitech has:
. sold off the remote division (and the new products suck compared to the good old 525 or One)
. stopped core products like force-feedback joysticks (force feedback isn't just about bumps, it also offers resistance in flight sims)
        . no cordless joypad
. over-offered on the scales of 'keyboard & mouse experience', hence all the bundles on offer presently
. Same as point above for headphones/headsets

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE Logitech gear. The point is simply this:

I LOVE MY OLD LOGITECH GEAR MORE THAN ANY NEW OR RECENT ONES.

So I guess I am saying that Logitech should think about going back to their roots within their overall product range, and not end up going broke chasing the trends of smart phone charging cases, portable speaker things and so many headset and keyboards that I get lost looking at a catalogue.

I also wish apple pie taste like it used to. Sue me.

  • K800 deal? :p

  • After some scouting dosnt seem theres any support for the LCD apps these days or much in archives for past apps. Anyone that owns one care to comment?

    • +1

I still use the original G15 version 1, and the best support these days is found in AIDA64. I setup an awesome system monitoring screen.

I had been using LCD studio but development has ended, and it has bugs / crashes.

Go with AIDA64. You need to purchase (cough TPB cough) a license to get GPU monitoring though.

Nice thanks for the info, am currently using the G510 so will look into using AIDA64 for that. Decided on a mech; too bad theres no mechanicals with LCD's.

  • Used one of these before I got my G710+, goes pretty well. Great price too.

    • Which one is better? G710+ or G19?

      • G710+ probably because it's a mech keyboard.

      • There was a G710+ deal just posted if you didn't know!

        https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/127395

      • If you want a screen = G19
If you just want a keyboard = G710

      • G710+

The 2 rows of G buttons were useful to me before Dota 2, but I didn't use them after that. The only thing I ever really used the screen for was as a clock, so it wasn't the end of the world when that went away. The ability to change the colour of the backlight is way cool, but the mechness of the G710+ is way better.

  • thanks guys, i'll go get a G710

  • Bad news people. That $119.98 deal for the G710+ keyboard from Dick Smith has expired. It's now $199.98. The sale must have ended last night. If you procrastinated you missed out. It looks like all the other Logitech gear from Dick Smith shot up in price too. Now makes the Logitech G19 keyboard from Logitech themselves the best deal even although it's not a mechanical keyboard but at $99 it's a good deal.

I counted my blessings after late yesterday afternoon i click and collect ordered the Logitech G700s mouse from Dick Smith too for $74.99 and to find morning the price suddenly changed to $149.98 for that one. Picked that one up today for the $74.99. Logitech themselves want $149.95 for the mouse.
