        Stop giving the store rep such a hard time, there is a difference between free standard shipping and free express shipping. If you aren't interested in the products / prices, just move along.

      People usually only leave reviews when they are either really happy or really angry with your product / service, there isn't much of an in-between. I monitor online reviews for the company that I work for, and some of the positive reviews left, often seem over the top positive.

      They also would have only picked the best reviews to show there, nobody would voluntarily show negative reviews on their own website.

    Hi Stitchy - the testimonials are administered by a 3rd party using a mail after purchase. We dont write them ourselves if thats what you mean. Hi Chroma - what is wrong with the title happy to fix it.

    No bargain because rep says Free Shipping is standard,
    upgrade to express post just means you get the thing quicker.

    also:
    Rep has sold paella kits at $44 in the past.. so trying to sell them at $55 with quicker delivery isn't really bargain-worthy IMO

      I disagree with you. Many people would be willing to pay for express shipping this time of the year, and there is normally a fee associated with the express shipping option, making this a saving for some people. You may not perceive it to be a bargain, though it is a saving for some people nonetheless, and does not deserve a neg for the reason that you stated.

    Hi jv - no the mail is sent by 3rd party to the email address on the order. The stamp 'verified buyer' means that the review has been submitted by the email address owner. I dont have time to write them all lol, our customers seem happy to.

    $7950 per kg is not a typo - saffron is the most expensive spice in the world and the 10g spanish saffron makes a fantastic gift for a passionate foodie

    Hi Stitchy, standard postage on the paella kits is less than $10 express post is $22.40 and you get it before Christmas. The quicker shipping time has value this time of the year ! The question we most often get from our customers right now is 'will I receive it before Christmas'
