    The orders go through instantly, it then takes 1hr for them to send you your gift card.
    It took 2 days for me to receive my $30 egift cards, I was stressing the whole time that I wouldn't get em lol

    The eGift cards can be printed and used in store.

    just quickly guys, accidentally checked out with paypal, i know im an idiot, but when they finalize your giftcards do they send you an email to tell you that your orders been dispatched?

    i currently brought them today at about 8pm, and i know theres no way for them to finalize my order till the 26th at least, so ive sent them the cancellation request, as i even put on the delivery date to be the 31st of december, thank god.

    the question is do they email you once the good are dispatched? anyone who has recieved their gift cards confirm this? just a bit worried as i didnt check out with a mastercard i wont get the bonus + wasted it all on gift cards i might not need because of no bonus to go along with it. i just really hope im stressing for nothing, as the only way to cal them would be on boxing day and i got work from 7:45am till 7pm and you can imagine the call centres closed before and after i finish :|

    Hey guys, just bought 2x $100 gift cards online, thinking they would be processed and email automatically but haven't received them yet.

    Is this the case or will they need to be processed by a human during business hours?

    EDIT: Just received my gift cards, and have purchased my xbox 360 which should work out to be only $38.95 delivered, can't even buy a wireless controller for that.

        Out of pocket (MC) = $200
        got: $200 (gift cards) +$60(egift card) + $100 (cashback) = $360 less $198.95 = $161.05

        $200 less $161.05 = $ 38.95

    Anyone having checkout issues with their cart software? I keep getting the message "All fields marked (*) must contain valid information. Please fill in the highlighted missing fields and click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page to resubmit." no matter what I do.

    Purchasing from a Mac, Chrome/Safari/Firefox all showing the same issue.

    Tried buying a car head unit and separately a $100 gift card and having the same issues.

    One of my HDd's just broke so trying to combo this deal with the HDD and the 360 cash back to get some mad savings, (buying giftcards at $100 each first).

    The banner is still showing up on the main page sO i will assume they are still available, should find out in a few hours at least.

    Hi people…Merry Christmas.
    Can I cancel my orders- I ordered 11 $100 cards yesterday but its useless as can't use online more than two and have to wait I think till Monday to use in stores so no use on Boxing Day. All my orders still say awaiting Shipment but got email Vouchers, so what is cancellation process and contact center numbers.

      Have you tried walk in store with the gift card number and ask the staff to manually key into the system for you? I think i have done it before with my WISH card at BigW or Woolies that could not read after a few swipes the staff just manually keyed in the card number for me but it was a WISH card not JBHiFi.

          Did someone mention earlier that you can buy a giftcard with another giftcard? Couldn't you just combine 2 100's for a $200 then combine 2 of them for a $400 etc. I'm not 100% sure it'd work though.

    Ok I just bought $700 worth of gift cards… going to get an iPad Air 64gb wifi… i really hope this works, otherwise I'm left with useless jb hifi gift cards!!!

    and the annoying thing is my wife got me the iPad air too for christmas…sits here unopened! so now we've decided to return it… can't justify passing up $180 worth of savings… plus she gets her money back so she's rapt!!!

      I'm assuming they wont take it down as soon as its reached the limit, it will probably have to be someone actually taking it down. Judging by how much people are buying (average is looking like 5x $100 gift cards, 5000 clicks from here and people who also don't come from ozbargain), may have been done a while ago as its 6666 x $30 to reach the limit.

    Mods might want to close this deal now, as of, about 7 mins ago (25/12/2013 10pm) the allocation of giftcards has been exhausted. Deal is over. Looks like I was just in time ;) Should've bought more than 2.

    What i don't get is you can checkout earlier today and pick 25/12 as the delivery date…there's only a few hours left in the day and i dont have my $100 giftcards yet. JB better hope they deliver it ON boxing day for me to take up the deal on the X360 or i'll be hassling one of their managers about picking a delivery date for an E-voucher and not being able to guarantee it.

    Just bought the XBox cosole at Westfield Doncaster JB Hifi. The cashier allowed me to use 2 x $100 gift card without the physical card. I printed out the email and she just manually entered the card number. don't even need the PIN.

    I still have $11 left on my gift card plus 2 x $30 bonus Gift Card.

      Hey articfox, my $100 gift cards only took an hour to arrive but I got an SMS from the bank saying my MasterCard was blocked in case of fraudulent transactions… (Coz I ordered 7 cards). You may just want to double check with the bank it hasn't been blocked. I didn't have any problems after I unblocked my card.

        No, I have not received my $30 egift cards for my orders placed on 20/12/13. This is very unprofessional from JB. Any time I walk into a JB store they serve the customers at the front of the queue first not from the back. Why should it be any different with online orders? Because we can't physically see the orders in front of us? JB have a lot to answer for and there is sufficient proof in the comments made here to show that JB has not processed orders in sequential order. I am going to pursue this until I get an explanation as to why they haven't processed orders on a first come first served basis.

          Yes. Nothing there. I placed multiple orders on the 20th. When people started receiving their $30 egift cards on the 24th I decided to place 2 more orders. By the 27th I had received the 2x $30 egift cards. It's obvious to me that those 2 egift cards were for the orders placed on the 24th and not the bigger order placed on the 20th.

    The physical cards will be mailed. If your lucky you might find a JBHIFI who takes the printout of the email. Store would want some type of copy doubt showing them the email would be enough…

    I did have to talk to the manager who accepted the printout at the Dandenong JBHIFI

    looks like were all in the same boat, i purchased my mastercard ones 24 / 12, pays been pending in my bank acc, emails sent saying payments taken. waiting on the gift cards to be emailed, and same as egift. Thinking about calling customer support tomorrow to see whats up. in the terms and conditions / faq's it says ive paid for the order, but i dont have the bonus? says clearly youll get bonus when gift cards delivered, regardless if promos over as long as youve paid. seems like all good guys.
