    Hello again (Christine?). So the tour guide is with you 24/7? What's the single supplement? How much extra for two night cruise? Considering OurDeal take a (50%?) cut, the price should be lower for OzBargainers?

    Yes, Christine here.

    I am sorry but the tour guide is not with you 24/7, only during touring time of the day.
    The single sup. is 135 AUD or 121 USD.
    One more night on cruise is 95 USD shared, and 126 for single traveler.
    Ourdeal does deduct commission, but not to that significant percentage, with the guarantee of high exposure volume to Australian citizen.

    We were together trying to offer best deal for clients.

    We could offer Ozbargainer one upgrade of cruise to Marguerite Cruise (instead of Oriental Sails). :-)

    Not through ourdeal, they are a bunch of scams. Won't recommend them to anyone after the massage vouchers I bought from them.

      Hi Nadan, can you elaborate a bit more? Was it Ourdeal or the massage place the one with the problem? I'm asking because whenever I have an issue with a coupon site it is usually the provider of the service I'm paying for the one with the problem (massage place, hairdresser or restaurant) and I've never had any issues getting a fast refund. Then again, I think I've never bought anything from Ourdeal, so it would be cool to read your experience.

        I bought two one hour message vouchers, first, the massage place didn't answer their phone for a few days so there was no way to book for a massage. I had to go physically to the shop and ask them about the voucher which they said I couldn't use at that shop. I tried to reach our deal but they never answered my phone call so I was left with no other option, I tried my luck at another shop after finding out that they were associated and used one of my vouchers. I got told that the shop had changed ownership and I couldn't use my second voucher, I once again approached the first one who said they were closed for renovations. I still couldn't reach our deal to get an answer…

          How did you pay for your vouchers? If it was via credit card have you tried going via your bank?
