  Gotta say the PAYPAL surcharge is a bit bloody cheap of you. Definitely reduces the likelihood of further purchases.

    Doesn't PayPal charge vendors for their service? If so I don't think it's unfair.

    It does, but then you have to assume vendors take into account their cost to process payment in the price. Otherwise the price is simply misleading.

      Yes there is a fee for Paypal to process transactions. It is possible to work the Paypal cost into the price but then it might be unfair on the people wanting to pay by direct deposit without a fee. We do offer both options on checkout and the surcharge are clearly advertised as well. We do apologise if it caused any confusion.

  I have entered Order ID as a reference for Direct banking transfer. Would that be fine?

  Do i have to provide Invoice ID for order identification?
