  • +1

probably the only thing worth getting on the site.

  • All my tokens are gone, I entered a new code only a few weeks ago wtf.

    • +2

      How many did you have?

Just hit the 'my activity' tab below the sign-in box and it will tell you where they've gone.

      • Thanks, useful tab. Had enough for a movie ticket or two but they all expired. Time goes by quicker than you think it seems.

        • I think they send a warning email.

  • Awesome thanks OP! Got 2… had exactly 190 points :)

    • Haha me too, spent 95 a few days ago and 95 this time :)

don't forget to do the consumption survey for 10 tokens

    • +1

Thanks OP. I had only 85 points and thought I need to wait till the next promotion to get a ticket. Thanks to you I finished the survey and redeemed the points for a movie ticket :)

Every time i go into one of these coke rewards deal i start thinking of those who think having a lot of points = drinking/buying a lot of cokes are morons.

      • +3

You don't have to drink it all. Simply scrounge labels from family and friends.

    • +1

we see your type in every one of these coke rewards posts.
don't start thinking you're the first

    • it's just 10 labels per ticket, you don't have to be crazy to collect that many.

    • healthier #circles don't necessarily drink-da- black. nonetheless, scavenger season closing, who knows > may be return of Hoyt 2 * 5$. Some just wuz after quick pair of movie, thats all.. but o' course thats noth·ing to detract from thou earnest cinefan-'n reward aficionados. happy scrounging.

I really hope it lasts until tonight when I get back home. I have another bunch of codes to add into my account. :-)

Very happy now. Might also go and some more bottles now as well.

    Regards
    Daniel

PS: For those who do not have access to labels, I noticed that places like apartment complexes have a separate recycling area for bottles. This is usually a 'dry' area and so a quick pop into your floors rubbish room may yield a few labels a day, multiply this by the number of floors…

As an FYI, I noticed this in Eureka (Melbourne) when I was volunteering helping set up the Eureka run.

    • Damn, need three more labels…

Deal is still active more than 24 hours later. Very amazed. Also, thank you to Muncan for sending me three label codes so I can get another movie ticket! Very appreciated and my wife no longer thinks that OzBargain is full of bargain hunting weirdos anymore. :-)

Deal open 19/06-15/09(3 months) according to last time,
however nice outcome pertaining to Muncan.

Hi, just got to clarify before I pop off to bed, the deal usually lasts anywhere from 12 hours like last week, to a few days like now. I presume there is a finite number of Hoyts tickets each time they run it and that most people would have been tapped out after last weeks (16 Jan) session and of course the JB Hi-Fi/Myer gift card deals that occurred recently. I certainly used up about 800 points alone on those.

You will notice that the deals you refer to have 'expired' and have not actually been open for that long a period.

          Regards
          Daniel

          PS: Thanks again Muncan!

    • Reminds me of this

  • That's my 4 tickets claimed to give to my friends…

  • FINALLY GOT SOME :D

  • Thanks OP. Managed to get some this time.

  • Weird, some of my labels didn't work. They say "Your input is not valid" when trying to enter. I just had to go up to 24 hour convenience store and buy 3 bottles of coke for $4 each (!!) despite having six un-entered labels I'd collected for free at the beach.

Still saved a bit of money on a 3D/Xtremescreen ticket though (they're about $22.50 here) so thanks @imcold! Plus I picked up a bottle of lemon coke, never tried it before.

    • Lemon is pretty gross I reckon, I'm an original and vanilla fan. What did you think?

    • Anyone else find invalid, or these labels are worth a last minute scrounge. 'Until 25/01.'

    • Usually when I see that it means I just mistyped something. Could be a 7 for a T or a 4 for an A. Whatever the case, after reviewing the code, I always find that it was a type. Out of the literally hundreds of tokens I have entered over the last 12 months, I have never had a legitimate invalid label.

      Regards
      Daniel

    • Makes sense, and appreciated. A+

  • has anyone tried to claim more than 4? I am just curious as to whether it blocks you from doing so or whether they just say that to scare you into submission …

    • Blocks. Says maximum redemptions reached.

  • Appears offer has been removed.

Surprised it lasted that long. I was expecting a mass of people logging on at 12 midnight on Monday to add in another set of 10 token/codes and redeem another movie ticket.

I hope it doesn't take another 3+ months until the next one. I actually thought Hoyts pulled out of the deal after Aug 2013 and wasted my points on Myer and JB vouchers. I would rather spend 200 points (well 190) on two movie tickets than 200 points for a $10 voucher.

      Regards
      Daniel
