For this price would get a Surface RT tablet as it has a proper desktop, Office included and can do everything else an Android tablet does
People will argue RT will be merged with Windows Phone give the current RT OS a somewhat limited future however this will not be for a while and at it's current state allows for much more productivity than Android or iOS
