Just a heads up. Block accounts are good for light to medium users. If going to download more then 100gb/mth look at options like frugal and tweaknews. I recommend the latter due to retention and less DCMA takedowns.

I can only dream of your speeds. My adsl2 maxes out at around 400-450kb/s.

Apoptygma indirectly raised a good point in that tweaknews are truly unlimited. They don't cap his speed after a certain limit.
