    Can you offer free shipping?

    • +11

Of course OP can…quickly adds $3.95 to each deal and then marks the post as free delivery :)

    • Thanks for the free horse, but his teeth are a bit crooked.

      • Hi PissLUR,

We will not be offering free shipping for the deal today.

        Cheers
        Francesca

          Ok what about tomorrow? :P

        • +4

          Hi montorola,

Next week, when the 128GB microSD cards arrive, we will have a big promo on SanDisk with free shipping this time.
I was thinking of doing it slightly different today, but it seems like "FREESHIP" is still the option yeah-

          Cheers
          Francesca

        • Your pricing is usually pretty good. Should I hold-off buying a 128GB microSDXC from amazon? (Which is about $145 to $150 AUD delivered)

        • Hi justtoreply,

Can you drop me a PM?

          Cheers
          Francesca

      Hi surm,

The microSD card in the link is Class 4 model, we are offering the Class 10 model =)

      Cheers

  • Francesca,

Can you do any deals on the Toshiba FlashAir cards? I have always wanted to try one of these but they are a bit expensive (in general) compared to standard SD cards

    • +1

      Hi aim54x,

Let me see what I can do for you.
Will be adding them onto the promo list =)

      Cheers
      Francesca

      • I'm interested in the 'PQI Air'. It has the flexibility to swap out microSD (compared to full size/fixed capacity alternatives).

Any chance you could do a deal on that?

        • That is another interesting alternative….now does anyone make something for a CF card? I keep hearing mixed reviews on CF adapters for SD cards and the EyeFi product.

        • Hi grab_ur_freebies,

I am sorry my supplier side does not have this model at the moment.

          Cheers
          Francesca

      • Thank you, I see you have dropped the prices a few dollars…just cheaper than the ShoppingSquare prices now!

        OzBargainer in me very pleased!

        • Thank you aim54x. Continue supporting Memory City! :D

This was my first order…I ordered with ShoppingExpress once before (it took forever to deliver the card) and I have been watching your specials ever since.

        • Thank you:P

  • I need 2 Sandisk Micro SD 64gb Class 10's.

Can you do any deals on them? Or does anyone know the best place to get them.

    Thanks.

    • Hi CH33ZEBURG3R,

SanDisk has the Ultra(30MB/s), Extreme (45MB/s) and Extreme Plus series(80MB/s).
Which model will you be interested in?

      Thank you
      Francesca

      • Sorry, I'm after the Ultra version.

        • +1

          Hi CH33ZEBURG3R,

    • Hi batiudrami,

SanDisk released this model yesterday, very exciting yes.
My stock will be available next week, ETA from supplier is next week and stocks are very limited.
When the stocks are in, I will be sure to list them on my site.

      Cheers
      Francesca

    • Thank you zbb518 =)

      Hi Steviee,

The link provided states the card as plus microSD, comparing it to the unit I have, packaging looks very much different, as well as the card itself.
I am worried that it might not be a genuine card from Samsung.

      Cheers
      Francesca

    • +1

I agree that the packaging does not look right on that. The Samsung cards I have bought in the past have not come with the adapter.

      • That's right aim54x.
Samsung micro SD cards packaging only comes with the card itself.

        Cheers
        Francesca

  • How does Toshiba microsd card compare to sandisk 64 class 10?

    • Good question, i was going to ask myself.

    • Hi PLANT,

SanDisk vs Toshiba, both company has good reputation with their memory flash products.
However, toshiba prices is rather more competitive than SanDisk now.

      Cheers
      Francesca

    • I was always under the belief that they two companies share the design and production of flash chips. I would imagine that the cards if rated to the same specs would be identical.

I have used Toshiba SD cards in the past and they have been rock solid. I have only ever had issues with the Sony cards (physically breaking them as they use some very cheap plastic) and the 95mb/s Extreme Pro (corrupted).

      • +1

I have posted this before, but just to confirm your belief - Toshiba is Sandisk, Sandisk is Toshiba.

        • Toshiba is not Sandisk. Some latest Toshiba SD card stated made in Japan, but not Sandisk.

        • I have Samsung products made in South Korea, Vietnam and China.
I have Sony products made in Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.
          Your point being..?

  • looking for deals in sandisk ultra and extreme micro sd 64gb

    • Hi,

I have added the SanDisk Extreme microSD series onto the deal.

      Cheers
      Francesca

      Cheers
      Francesca

      • will you PM me or post here?

        thanks!

        • +1

          Hi impoze,

          Cheers

    • Hi davechan,

It is the site. Let me check what is happening.
      Will be back soon.

it's not just you, down for me as well.

Also a nifty thing to try are websites like http://isitup.org/ to quickly check from another location.

  • I think we broke your site francesca…….

    • It states "Error" from my end.
Checking with my hosting on what is going on. Sorry guys.
It was still working fine around 3am =(

    • The site is back up now =)

      Thank you
      Francesca

      • Thanks Francesca!

        • You are welcome =)

  • I'm looking for a couple of 32GB SD cards for a digital camera. Given both the Toshiba SD and microSD cards appear to be the same spec, am I better to go with the microSD with a converter, or pay the extra $5 for the SD?

    Your opinions appreciated!

    • Hi davechan,

Yes you can go for the microSD with adapter, they will work the same.

      Cheers
      Francesca

      • +1

Sorry, silly question, but do these Toshiba microSD cards come with an adapter? Or do I need to buy some adapters?

On the page for the microSD cards, it says "The Toshiba High Speed Professional microSD™ card series includes a convenient SD card adapter", but is this item a "Professional"?

        • Hi davechan,

Sorry they do not include adapters, just the microSD card itself.

          Cheers
          Francesca

        • Do you have any adapters available on your site?

        • Hi IamEzza,

          Apologies for the late response.
Are you looking for the microSD to SD adapter?

          Cheers
          Francesca

  • Which one would u recommend?
    Kogan SDXC Class 10 64GB $39 or Toshiba SDXC Class 10 64GB $49.95.

    • Toshiba….who knows what is inside the Kogan unit

      • Is anyone still experiencing issues going onto Memory City?

        • It was working perfectly this morning for me. But it appears to be very slow again now (2.24pm Sydney).

It also appears that my order got delivered already (according to AusPost tracking) Great stuff MemoryCity!! Thanks again for the help Francesca

        • Hi aim54x,

Yes apparently I called the host service like so many time, but there's nothing they can do at the moment.
I am sorry for the inconvenience.

          Cheers
          Francesca

        • You are welcome =)
