I have redeemed a ticket to Madame Tussauds. The MT ticket redemption works differently to, for example, the Hoyts tickets. The Hoyts tickets are uniquely barcoded and ready to use. The MT ticket is generic and you use it in conjunction with a confirmation e-mail and your ID. The name on ID must match that in the confirmation e-mail.

The confirmation e-mail does not arrive immediately after redemption, even though the confirmation web page says "a link to your download has also been sent to your email". CokeRewards forwards a list of redemptions to the merchant daily, and the merchant sends the confirmation e-mail the next day. So give it 24 hours before you panic.

Remember to make a screen shot of the confirmation web page

On Windows machine, maximise the web page. Press "Alt-PrtScn". Start "Paint", press "Ctrl-V", and save.
