does anyone know how much it cost to get them installed per m2? trying to decide between carpet and floorboard for 2nd level
A consideration: If your 2nd level is not a concrete slab or does not have excellent sound insulation then a hard floor will carry a lot of noise (not just footsteps) to the level below.
Never had an issue over 20 years, as long as you dont wear shoes upstairs you are fine, Considering most people only have bedrooms upstairs thats probably ok

Just to clarify, we only have limited stock left. At last count, we have around 200m2. This product is prefinished and we do have some contractors that can do it for you. They would need to give you a quote though.
