      Not to mention their prices are normally higher than TGG/NH/JB… before you negotiate a 10% discount from those guys. This is a terrible deal (unless you are buying something on clearance I suppose)

    They provide good service, any problem give them a call. Was surprise with thier good service compare to some is close to none……

    Got the same email, nowhere did it says there is a minimum purchase. A bit deceptive IMO, but I bought from them previously and they have good and fast delivery service and generally good price.

    ** Saw the conditions toward the end of the email, hate companies doing this.

    brought a samsung fridge from them yesterday and now they post the coupon.
    Interestingly fridge was $689 and now its $699 so would have saved another $15 overall.
    Having said that they offer free delivery and take away the rubbish/packaging.

    I was thrilled with their service, which included installing the new and taking away the old. Couple if hot young men delivered it as well.

    You know somewhere's a ripoff when they are more expensive than Harvey Norman - which is ridiculous seeing they dont even have shopfronts

      Not always true. I've tried to get them to beat prices before and they just say "oh the warehouse that supplies your area is out of stock". They don't have the best price guarantee IMHO

      Not in my 2 experiences with them. They didn't budge a cent - using the usual BS excuse of "below our cost". They say "we will also match or better our competitors' prices, where possible". WHERE POSSIBLE … hmmm. To their credit though, they deliver on time.
