Glasslock 1750ml Rectangle Container $4 @ Target (Was $12)

830

I've been using these containers for years and they are fantastic, even better value at $4. I got the last ones at mawson lakes SA but other stores should have some stock.

  • These are really really good containers. Get very high ratings on Amazon and i love them. Great post

  • Good for reheating food in the microwave without the plastic lid.

  • West Lakes SA store said it scans at $10 and not $4, and he suggested buy online. Didnt have phone with me to show store person the link.

make sure you scan the one with the orange label or check the small product code on the bottom, it should be 54190252.

There are about a dozen of them left at the Tuggeranong store. They are not marked down on the shelf, priced at $14, but scan at $4.

I didn't buy any as when I took the lid off one the rubber seal stayed on the glass container, and then I couldn't work out how to easily clip the lid back on.

  • $5 processing fee for click n collect. When did this happen?

    • +4

Since they decided to rip people off more

      • Inefficient system and shipping was probably killing them. I'm in Sydney and the couple of click + collect orders I made (when there was no added cost) were shipped from a Melbourne warehouse or store.

rhymes with the German word for a$$hole.

Would I be able to fit and lock my wife in one? I know the answer is no but I need to hear it from somebody else….

    • if your wife is too hot, u will break the glass. only can contain up to 220'C :P

      • I suspect if his wife was that hot he wouldn't want to lock her away

        • Definitely not when he's at home, but what's the best option when he's away?

  • I got some from Doncaster Target last year. It took months of washing and airing them out for the smell from the seal to go (strong chemical seal).

Now they seem ok and work well, but if you just want to seal food in a glass container, Kmart has some glass containers that only required one wash and soak to get rid of the smell of the seal (fitted lid with something you can open to let air in and out - makes it easier to open and close as well)

  • Thanks OP, got one. Scanned at $4 at Broadway target in NSW, there are at least 3 more left on the shelf.

  • Thanks OP. Got four at Forest Hill. Heaps left.

    • Hopefully still some left on Monday, planning to head there after work.

      • None left at Glen and Forest Hill! :(

A fellow ozbargainer and I cleaned out the last 5 pcs in Chatswood

    • +2

Surprised to see this get positive votes as you cleaned out the shelf, then I realise you fellow ozbargainer did the trick. Imagine what you would get if you remove the first four words from you post.

  • Reynella SA still should have 6 or 7 of them.

  • Got 2 from Watergarden, VIC. heaps left. Thanks OP.

  • About 20 left in Geraldton WA. Price tag shows $14 scans for $4.

  • Found the last one from Warrawong store, should come earlier when there is more chance.thanks op.

The target in Brisbane cbd had 1650 and 1730 but no 1750 ml glasslocks. You bastards.

    • Same as the Bondi Westfield target, I talked to the sales and he is happy to do the 1730ml one for $4 bucks each too ;)

  • I got 3 from parra westfield.. only one left. even the checkout lady was surprised she wants few for herself.

  • Thanks for sharing. bought 2 just after lunch time from a local Target. but spent time to convince staff that the bargain price is showing on their website.

  • Bought a couple last night from Brimbank, VIC. About half a dozen left from what I could see.

As BeauKilla previously mentioned, it's easiest to look for the orange label.
