    Thanks OP. Grabbed 2 instore at Coffs Harbour - they had one left. Concur ordering online would have been a recipe for disappointment.

    Dunno why the people are trying to mislead folks saying they're Class 10 cards when clearly they're 4's. Would be amazed if somehow 10's were in a few instead - seems illogical.

    IMHO nothing wrong with Class 4 for storage oriented mSD in tabs/phones - only issues would affect a very small number of users with special uses.

    I think I'll be using my friends Win7 system and using system restore or similar to 'remove' after each install. IMHO NOrton is pushy, obtrusive and horribly bloated product thats overrated - but I use Linux so go figure. ;-)

      call the store you ordered and see if they stock left even if you paid for it. I ordered online and was waiting for confirmation e-mail. Soon after the site showed that store was out of stock. Called them and they said there were no stock left and had to cancel my order. Was given an e-mail address to cancel.

    Went in store and the staff put aside for all online orders… But found a sealed one in the Norton Display Cupboard and grabbed it…

    Also, the staff told me they don't have enough stocks for all awaiting online orders, so go ASAP to pick it up even you ordered online. u need to wait for the re-stock probably next week if all pick up by others….

    Just picked up 2 from Belmont WA, there was probably another 10 in store. I had to show them the webpage and they looked it up and adjusted it from $30 each to $20.

    my copy's dont have the 20 cashback sticker, but it says on the receipt that it is OFFER:PLUS $20 CASHBACK VIA REDEMPTION.

      according to these steps to claim, invoice no or receipt no is not required. but i haven't done the claim myself, on my way to collect my order :P

      The sticker doesnt matter. You need to install & activate the Norton online(OK I hear some suggest Virtualbox..),their system will accept your application after you fill in all required details.
      That is to say, if you planned to redeem 3 x $20,you will need to repeat the same steps for each redemption.

        Yeah he seemed pretty suprised lol. I asked if I could have 3 copies, he had to check with the boss but said I can have as many as I'd like. There was probably 50 or so but I didn't want to be too greedy. Apparently the boss said people have been coming in buying 10 in the hopes of reselling them on ebay…

      Hardly Normals have not changed since I worked there (10 years back now)

      Give salesman the 2 copies of Nortons, we discuss the price and the cashback. He puts it through the computer. When I get to the register the women says:

      "That will be $60"
      I say "Should be $20 each"
      "Well you have to go see the salesman then, I cant do anything"
      I say "I did see the salesman"

      Blank stare from women. I go back to the floor and he has vanished. Get another guy to change the details and the ask the witch at the register can she put it on 2 different receipts. She moans and says that she will have to void the whole thing. I say dont worry just give me the thing on 1 receipt.
      Typical Hardly Normal staff - No wonder they are losing money every second. No customer service.

    order mine got confirmation email in 20 minutes later. Picked it up right away went home downloaded norton from their website input product key (it works GG) free 32gb kingston micro sd (GG) went onto cashback claim website OP has provided and only ask for name, address, email and phone number as well as product key. The product key is the only confirmation that you bought the product not the invoice, so don't freak out if you lose that lol.

    tl;dr

    Don't need to have a claim back sticker on product
    install and activate first before claim
    claim only ask for name, address, email and product key
    They will send it by cheque. GG

    Does anyone know how to reinstall N360 using the new Product Key? I had a previous installation of N360. I uninstalled it, and used the Norton Removal Tool. But when I installed it again in the hope of using the new key, it just detected the old install and used it without asking me for the new key.

          Have you physically installed both products on two different devices? If not, there's a chance it may actually be reading the MAC address of the device!

      with 4 kids in the household, theres ample supply of PCs, tablets and phones to register the products but the 1 claim per IP is going to be an issue.

        It is three per household. Of course you can try mobile network (worked for me) but suggest you uninstall it first then clear history, cache, data whatever requires for it to forget you have installed before and reinstall again.

          When I completed my first one 2 hours ago, I went back into the link and didnt see it give any IP errors.

    Was at campbelltown HN at 3:30pm - the guy took like 20 of these off the shelves and kept it aside for some reason and left the empty hard shell cases at the fron register - i asked him are these the $20 symantec and he confirmed… went to the shelves and there was 5 remaining - was like as if they took them off the shelf

    ALSO the 2 device is class 4 and 3 devices as ic class 10… go figure

    So I somehow ended up with an incredible deal.. I went to my local Harvey Norman (Bennetts Green) to buy 3 of these products. When I got back home, I had trouble registering my cashback. I rang up the helpline and she asked how many devices my license was for. I looked at the packet and realised it was for 3, which is $40 cashback instead of the $20..

    Total paid: $60
    Free: 3 x 32gb micro-SD cards
    Cashback: $120

      Did these scan at $20 each or there was confusion when you bought it?

      At the same store today the 3 device edition scanned at $89 and the 2 device scanned at $30 (checkout put it through as $20 after the sales rep confirmed the price).

      When I was there another person was buying the same thing and was saying to the sales rep that the cashback no longer works. Can see why as the sticker on the pack says "Claims open 01/06/13. Last day to claim 31/07/13". The salesperson failed to tell her otherwise even though the catalogue posted says so.
