    The online chat person told me as long as it was purchased during the promo period, you qualify for the cashback. Is that true or are they just swaying me to buy it? Haha bought two for $5 profit and 2x 32gb micro sd's haha thanks op!

        It also says in the T&C for the $20 rebate that you must first install and activate the product before 31/03/2014 11:59pm AWST to enable automatic cashback validation before you can claim the cash back on the cash back form page. And the only way to do the cash back claim is through the automated online validation.

        So if you buy multiple copies you must install and activate every single product key from the boxes if you want to claim the cash backs. That means as soon as you activate the product key the 12 months license countdown begins.

    Hey guys, apparently the cash back cheque is address to the name that you provided during the cash back application. This means that the cheque can only be cashed in by the entered name. Can anyone verify this? I was hoping to use my toddler to apply for the third cash back and no where was it mentioned that the name you put it is the name that the cheque with be addressed to. I was under the impression that the name is just so that they can address you in the envelop that they use to mail the cheque to.

      Yes toddler wont work lol as the cheque come in that name. Just use wife, mom, dad in-laws. Inform them in advance lol.

      Yes. XC just means you could also use bigger cards (64Gb or 128Gb) if you want.
      A lot of the old microSD devices could only accept cards up to 32Gb.

    went to HN auburn to grab some…as i was looking for it someone was just about to purchase heaps of them…i enquired the salesperson which one and where is it?..as he was looking, i found it and grabbed the last 3 copies of it and asked him if they were for $20..he was very surprised…he was trying to explain to me that it has $20 cash back not for $20..asked him to look it up online…and he could not believe his eyes and he got one of those copy that i had to confirm the number and he would not let go the copy he was holding to check online…

    he was saying at this price he was gonna get 20 or more himself…he checked with another salesman and he confirmed the price..he was like how many do want

    i was just gonna grab 2..but when he asked i said 3 and purchased the last 3 on the shelf…

      Do you have AU postal adress and a bank account? If so then you won't have a problem receiving the cheque and depositing into the account.

      It will work. The cashback program asked for name and address (AU). International student as long as you are resident in AU/NZ to receive the check from Norton, 5 weeks later, should be fine.

        it's not about the price. just the matter of distance as well. You may end up not having a $5 profit because you probably need to pay for petrol, stuck in traffic (it's Friday), pay for parking and so forth.

        Whereas JB HIFI is about 5-10mins walk from the office.

    Before you ask: The font is Segoe UI Light and I was using the micro SD to SD card adapter.
    I was using a laptop on it's battery (Acer Aspire S7-391). The specs are:
