    Is the LTE on this compatible with Telstra/Optus/Voda ?

    LTE 800 / 850 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600 I think so?

      Yep, we use 1800Mhz at the moment, except for Optus in the ACT which is 2600Mhz.

    Bought HTC Desire X in Dec 2012 from Unique mobile and it stopped working just after 14 months. Will never buy from them again.

      Is there any reason for this? Just asking because on the face of it blaming the vendor for a phone not working after 14 months seems unreasonable to me.

      • I think he is referring to no local statutory warranty after 12months of direct import warranty….

      • These match my experience too, pretty good service from them.

    • No offense but I wouldn't be using productreview.com.au as my source for reviews. There are a few "friends" on product review that bot literally 1000's of 5 star reviews onto their site (even though this practice is now illegal). Take a look at the booktopia entry on product review for an example of what goes on there.

    • Things rarely get lost in transit. You have a tracking number to see where it is.

    • I'm interested in this too. I've bought from UM before and the box was opened and resealed with another label that looked like the original samsung seal but on closer inspection was taped over the original broken seal. Sure, they offered to refund my money, and said it was "new" but I'd rather it was untouched.

  • Does the S4/Note3 contain a hands free cable (that can also be used to listen to music/videos)? Even though the content said it doesn't come with one, it would be awesome if it comes with one.

    • What colour did you get? Mine was black - I ordered mine on Tuesday too (morning) and it's currently in transit, just left processing in HK.

      Mine was a Note 3 btw.

    • Yeah, me too. Ordered on the same day as yours, Note 3 white. Still on processing as of today. Seems like Uniquemobiles been ozbargained. It's great that stores posted their specials on this site, and taking request and stuff, but it's kind of dissapointment that they can't handle sales that are generated here. For something free like rebel gift cards from news.com, I mean who cares, if it late or never shows up at all. But when you are paying few hundreds bucks for your new toys, you want at least hear from it. If my order don't get shipped by monday, I'll contact them for sure, seeing that some fellows got theirs shipped already.

  • Received mine just today too, but the seal been broken, plastic sticker on the front screen and at the back been peeled, the front one is full of dust cause it's stickier. On of the side sticker also peeled. The back case was opened. It seems to me I'm getting a seconds or returns. Submit a complaint to Uniquemobiles, but hasn't responded yet. Bad luck to me.

    • Did yours boot into the blue setup screen? Mine didn't. It had a bit of dust on top of the screen protector (not under it) - I assume that's just Samsung QC.

      I read that 1/5 phones is opened for quality testing so you might have been a bit unlucky :x

    • Hey mate, I got mine today too. And just like yours, seal on one side was broken, but everything inside looked new to me. Set mine up and its working well so far. Fingers crossed I wont have any more dramas. Must say the screen is amazing. Hope everything works out for you re: the complaint. Keep us posted on what UM comes back with. cheers.

    1 - got an email saying, it should be there. Click on this link if it's there but otherwise, wait up to 48 hours before contacting us.

    2 - wait 48 hours then contact them, and get told, it was actually sold out. It was never shipped to you.
