      Hi bsk, no the Women's Weekly offer was exclusive to Ozbargain and only valid for those who followed the instructions in regard to how to claim the offer i.e. date to subscribe by and forwarding the confirmation email to us).

  • Bit disappointed only signed up yesterday didn't have time to go through the survey process. Now I try to go through the survey process and it says you have too many subscribers in my area. What does that even mean?

      The June boxes have started to be delivered, however we have thousands and thousands to send and so if you don't receive yours tomorrow then it will be with you early next week instead. You will receive an email from our warehouse with your tracking link so you can track the parcel once it leaves our warehouse.

  • I got the June box today in Brisbane (courier showed up just as I walking out the door - saved my box sitting outside in the rain all day). Oddly, the tracking email for the box showed up this afternoon, quite a few hours after I already received it.

    I was just wondering the other day what the chocolate triangle thingies were like, and here's a sample packet to try!

    The box seems like very good value again, with normal sized products (albeit in their smallest size - ie: single serve sachets of oats and the triangles).

    After a cold and wet day, I'm looking forward trying the blueberry pancakes for dinner.

      We have the final 300 boxes going out today and so if you are in Sydney metro then you should receive your box on Monday at the latest.

      The tracking number will be emailed to you after the box leaves our warehouse, sometimes the email is sent the day after the parcel is sent from our warehouse.

      You can also find the tracking number once it is available by logging into your account on our website. Just click login and enter your email address and password and your will see the tracking link on the Manage Settings page once it has been loaded.

      We do aim to get all boxes to our subscribers by 20th of each month (today) however we have literally thousands and thousands to send out and so with the Queens birthday public holiday we are running a day or two behind for some subscribers.

  • Just for the record I have not received mine and I am in Melbourne. We were originally promised that boxes would be out around the 15th of each month, that was before we signed up. Now it is the 20th and the June box is not here. Delivery timelines slipping is the first sign of a failing business.

    Also, I received the confirmation email from the transport company for the May box some 2 weeks AFTER the box was delivered NOT before.

    NOT HAPPY JAN! as the famous add went.

      As per our frequently asked questions we aim to get the boxes out by 20th of each month. We have had an overwhelming response to Redpawpaw and we are already at maximum capacity with our subscriptions and this is only our second month of sending boxes out. We have over 3,000 people on the waiting list to try the Redpawpaw service when our current members unsubscribe.

      We are not a big company, just myself and my partner so I would appreciate your patience and understanding while we improve our service.

      Please let me know if you would me to cancel your subscription as I will be happy to action that straight away and also provide you with a refund if you don't think you are receiving value for your $5.

    Sarah, I have the following observation, please correct me if I am wrong. it seems that this time you gave priority in dispatching the boxes as follows:
    1. June New Subscribers
    2. Late May Subscribers
    3. Early adopters back from April.

    I subscribed back in April and I have not yet received my June box, also a couple of my friends that I referred early on didn't get their June boxes either (Metro Sydney) yet everyone that I referred to sign up Late May or in June have received their boxes (Metro Sydney)

    even though I understand the rationale behind fulfilling Newer subscribers first to get rid of any left overs from May. early adopters run the risk that they will miss out on some of the items if their boxes are the last to be dispatched (as per my speculation)

      Perfectly summed up I think.

      This does not reward those who had the belief to back them early but benefits those late to the plan. Not good to retain and expand the business as disgruntled customers can very quickly spread the word.

      Hello Bashar20,

      That is not correct.

      We sent to subscribers who are further away first i.e. we have a warehouse in Syd and Melb and so we picked and packed Qld, SA, and Tas first. Metro Syd and Melb were last.

      All of Metro Sydney was out the door by Friday 20th so I would expect that anyone in metro Syd would get their boxes today if they haven't already.

      The order of sending did not affect what was in the box, that is determined prior to picking and packing.

      Not everyone gets every product.

      We had two different boxes. One for people who did not receive the May box and one for those who did.

      The people who did not receive the May box received a box with some products from the May box and some products from the June (new) box.

      The people who received the May box last month received a box of all new products.

      Anyone who is unhappy with their subscription or what they received for their $5 is able to cancel at anytime. Please just email us. There is no obligation to stay.

      Please note that we have a huge waiting list already so it may not be possible to re-join later though.

    Just letting you know that I love your service and I cannot wait for my June box to arrive. One thing though, last month I received my tracking number about a week after I had received the item.

      Thanks very much rambutann, we are doing our best to provide a service that people will enjoy but we are just new to this game and so it has been quite a challenge! It is lovely to get some positive feedback.

      We accidentally sent out tracking numbers to around 20 people last month well after their boxes had arrived. We were just testing the email system and they were sent unintentionally.

      This month we are sending emails to all subscribers with a tracking link, however as it can take at least 24 hrs for the tracking links to work on the website, it is possible that the box could have arrived before the link shows any scanning data. That is especially the case in Syd metro or Melb metro as Fastway Couriers will generally deliver to those locations the same day or the following day that they pick a box up from our warehouses.

      Hope that helps to clarify.

  • Hi Sarah, received the box this morning. In the brochure that comes with the box, it listed all the things that should come in this month's box but I have 2 missing items. The Weight Watches Jelly with Peaches and the Fountain tomato sauce are missing. I do not mind the wait but I'm just disappointed that long wait = less items due to low stock or whatever reason. PS Im from metro Sydney

      I'm sorry you are disappointed. We try and provide subscribers with as much value as possible for their $5 but not everyone will get to try every product. The product booklet is a chance for our brands to advertise their product to all our subscribers but it does not mean that there will be enough samples for every household - that is totally up to the brands themselves.

      We need more brands to be involved if we are to continue to provide the Redpawpaw service to our subscribers and we are doing out best to spread the word to them. We want to offer as much value as possible for your $5 but it hasn't been easy so far.

      You are able to cancel your subscription at any time so please just email us if you would like to do that and we will action it straight away.

        I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to you and your partner for this. I know how stressful it is to run a small business start up and then have to perfectly deal with problems from tiny irritants to huge logistical issues. Its kind of like a newborn baby - limited sleep for the first two years, but eventually routines and pathways are established and it gets easier.
        Anyway, I think the value you are providing your customers is remarkable. I have no idea how just two of you can do all the supplier-negotiating/picking/packing/communications. Seems nearly impossible for just two people.
        Please keep up the good work and ignore the whingers. There will always be whingers, even if you were giving out free cars.

          Thanks for your encouragement King Tightarse. It sure can be stressful sometimes but we are working hard and doing the best we can to ensure as many of our subscribers as possible are happy with our service.

          Luckily we don't have to physically do the picking and packing ourselves, we use a 3rd party warehouse who are much better and faster at that than we every could be - if we did that part ourselves as well the June boxes would be lucky to make it to everyone by Christmas! ;)

      If you log into our website and checkout the Manage Settings page you might find your tracking link there. If not then your parcel probably got packed today and the tracking link will be there tomorrow night (and will be emailed to you tomorrow as well).

    how rude, I will send you the email address now, seems I am not the only unhappy customer, but that not a necessary reply to a complaint, do not see the reason for sending a list in the brochure if you do not intend to include the items listed.

      Hi bsk,

      We send a product booklet in every box so the brands who sample their products to our subscribers can advertise to everyone even if they cannot supply enough product to go in every box. Also, it would be considerably more expensive is we had to print a separate brochure for each box.

      We try and provide as much value as possible to each subscriber and the price you pay of just $5 per month is actually less than than the cost of the delivery, let alone the cost to pick and pack and the packaging and the printing of the booklet and any overheads.

      We have over 4k people on the waiting list and so I would like to give as many people as possible a chance to try our service and decide if we are providing value or not for their $5 investment.

      I understand our service won't be for everyone and that is why I offered to cancel your subscription for you.
      If you would like me to refund your $5 I am willing to do that too as I don't want you to feel you haven't received value for it.

  • Hi Sarah, I wonder what you would do for those subscribers who don't receive the monthly delivery. I still haven't received my June box and I think it should have arrived if you said you sent out the last batch on Saturday. I tracked the batch number in the Fastway website and it still said the label does not have any scan. Regards.

      We had an issue with 17 boxes that had a faulty label and so the scan events were not showing. I have emailed those customers today to tell them that their boxes will be sent from the Fastways depot where they are currently being help tomorrow (Thurs) and so you should hopefully receiving them on Friday.

      If not, please email us at [email protected] and we will chase up with Fastway Couriers for you. We will either get the box to you or you will get a refund for your $5 subscription if the box can't be located.

      The last boxes were sent out of the Melbourne warehouse today (Sydney warehouse was finished on Monday).

      Your tracking number will be available on your Manage Settings page by tomorrow morning so you will be able to track your parcel. If it doesn't show any scans please try again tomorrow night as sometimes it takes 24hrs for the scans to show on the Fastways website. Having said that, if you live in metro Melb the boxes should be delivered tomorrow or Friday at the latest.

  • I think that the rep has been very patient and helpful. However now he/she is repeatedly telling people that they can cancel their subscription if they are not happy and that there is a waiting list. This is not a very nice way to respond to complains (whether or not complaints sound justified). Yes rep. I know that I can cancel my subscription too if I am not happy !!!

      Thanks for your feedback.

      Sorry to hear you don't like the way I am responding. It is actually very difficult to keep 10,000 subscribers happy especially when there has been a delay in the delivery of the box and there are only two of us in this business trying to manage the customer service enquiries and complaints. I am just trying to make it clear that we do not have any contracts and so subscribers are free to cancel their subscription if they do not believe they are getting value for their $5.

      We have thousands of people on the waiting list who are dying to be part of Redpawpaw and I would love to be able to offer them the chance to be involved.

      I am busy trying to get as many products into the box for our subscribers to try each month. It is actually quite a challenge and we make sure the price is very reasonable, not even covering the cost of shipping, let alone packaging, picking & packing etc. Still, I know people are free to chose to complain I just would prefer to be clear that they are free to cancel their subscription if they are not happy. I will even provide a refund if they don't believe the received value for their $5.

      I know it is sometimes easy to think that we are a big company who should have every thing running smoothly and that we should not have any delays or a damaged product and should immediately reply to customer service enquiries (we aim to get there one day!) but we have only been in business for less than 3 months and are just learning and improving as we go. We want to encourage the subscribers who are happy to be on that journey with us to continue to be part of Redpawpaw.

      Hope that helps to clarify why I may have sounded a bit frustrated in a couple of messages. We have thousands of really happy customers who love trying the products each month and believe we offer outstanding value (not easy to get something of better value for not much more than the cost of a coffee) and also enjoy getting a surprise in their mail each month and we are working hard to improve our service to them.

      We heard on Friday that apparently Fastway Couriers were having trouble scanning our labels in SA. The parcels are still being delivered though but the scanning link is not showing any information. I am hoping to get new tracking numbers off them on Monday and will send out to anyone affected when we do.
      I would expect your parcel will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday regardless.

      We use a 3rd party deliver parter, Fastway Couriers, to send all our parcels. Unfortunately we are having quite a bit of trouble with them this month as a small percentage of tracking links are not showing any scanning events. I will lodge an enquiry with them to see if they know the reason for why your link is not scanning. However the lack of scanning events does not mean it isn't on its way, all parcels have left our warehouse and will get to their destinations, unfortunately they are just taking much longer than we or anyone else would like.

    Thank you for being a valued Redpawpaw subscriber and for your ongoing support!

    We’re amazed at the interest and enthusiasm we have received from the 10,000 of you that have joined our community in just 2 months - and there are thousands more on the waiting list!

    As a start up business we are proud to have helped thousands of families make Everyday Discoveries.

    We want these discoveries to continue, so we’re working hard to bring you new products from the best brands. You can all help too by being part of our recently launched ‘Red Campaign’ on Facebook and tagging brands you would like to trial in the Redpawpaw box.
    As a brand new business there are always a couple of teething issues.

    In order to iron these out we have decided not to send a box in July and relaunch Redpawpaw in August!

    We will be taking this month to refine and improve Redpawpaw as well as recruiting more great brands to join our fantastic Redpawpaw community. We will continue to keep you updated as we go.

    Your feedback about our current delivery partner has been heard and we are making a change to ensure we can deliver the reliable and efficient service you deserve.

    We are also working on other changes to ensure we can continue to offer you the opportunity to discover new favourites and a community where you can share your opinions and suggestions.

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

    For our MONTHLY subscribers, there will be no payment on 1st July. The next payment will on 7th August.

    For our ANNUAL subscribers, you will get an extra month added to your subscription so you will still receive 12 boxes as part of your subscription.
    The next Redpawpaw box will be delivered to all subscribers in mid August.

    We hope you will stay with us on this journey with us!

      Yes, I think we all got it.
      Let's hope that it's true and they will send out the August one. Unfortunately I've got a feeling that this might be the beginning of the end though.

        Gee I hope they didn't bight off more than they could chew. Its a hell of a lot of work for only two people. Hope it comes back with a vengeance in August.

    Received my box today!!! So happy, worth the wait. Australia post very prompt and thank you so much to all the staff at Redpawpaw who helped track my box down. Wonderful business and outstanding customer service. I hope you come back in August as you promised, I will be eagerly awaiting.

      Thanks so much for your lovely message. I'm so sorry your parcel took the scenic route to your door! Fastway Couriers have been very frustrating to deal with this month, we will definitely be changing delivery partner for the August box.

      The August box is shaping up to be a great one again. We are looking forward to sending it out to all our loyal subscribers in mid August.
