It has 'Touch me' on the "ICStation USB Touch Light Module", what does that mean ? Will it light up if i touch it ?

  yeah its not clear .. but you would hope it has an on-off more then just plug and glow … a goose-neck usb cable would go well with this.

  Yes, you can touch "Touch Me" for once after you connect the module to USB. And it will light up.
  While the light will be out if you touch for one more time.
