    Good price for a wifi mono printer. + toner is easy to refill via eBay replacements/DIY toner refills ($20 a refill)

    it only has wifi g though. may require running your wifi router in g/n mode which affects throughput

      That's a good point - that means it would throttle all devices connected to the network down to g speed right? What do you do to get around that?

        set up another G ap for the printer? I am not sure if guest SSID would work as they are in different subnet.

          Buying refills from ebay for $19 delivered vs buying another printer (for a 500pg yield). You do the math.

          Wrong? The toner that comes with the printer is smaller/less full than the replacement ones

      Congratulations! Which Qld store? Did they check on stock at BigW first?

      In Sydney I can only find stock at Five Dock and North Sydney stores.

      I hope you weren't in Southport shop, coz I was there an hour or so back :P

      They checked my phone, showed the phone to the Manager to get confirmation, I told them both the Printer and the Toner had Click and Collect.
      They said, yeah don't worry, just needed an authorization.

      Paid $49.40 for the printer, $34.20 for the toner. Will sort out the next fill up from ebay later. The minimal use we have, this is going to last us years.
