"Delivery & Handling: $19.95" for me if I had brought it from ShoppingSquare.

Better value ($149) at Harris Technology (HT) see http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/14242 as its $149 and what I think is a better brand (Lacie) (see http://www.ht.com.au/part/V5363-LaCie-Hard-Disk-Design-by-Ne…).
    Can be picked up at:
    "BUSINESS CENTRE PICKUP
Hawthorn Business Centre (VIC)9 units in stock
Fortitude Valley Business Centre (QLD)7 units in stock
Osborne Park Business Centre (WA)51 units in stock"

Also I am not a happy customer of ShoppingSquare as their packaging leaves a lot to be desired (and considering what they charge for P&H it should be much much better), see my comment at http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/13432.

I am not voting negative as its good that people post deals (and if someone couldn't make it into HT etc to pick one up then possibly the ShoppingSquare purchase could suit them (not that I think highly of ShoppingSqaure)).

I've had problems with Noontec enclosures (well the power supply bit).

Topbuy had a better drive for Astone eSata model (WD inside) for $129 delivered a couple of weeks ago………

  • Yeah i concur with the above comments. This is not really a great deal. The Lacie one from Harris is a name brand, better quality, more attractive design. The topbuy one will be repeated somewhere i'm sure. $150 for a 1TB with a cheap case is found many places.
