Geronimo Jerky is the best jerky I've had in Australia, it's however, pretty expensive… The discounted price of $80 per kg + shipping is still not good enough.

Costco sells good Jerky (not as good as Geronimo) at $9 for a 255g pack, meaning $35.29 per kilo. This is regular price - instead of a sale.

  • For anybody who's unsure. This jerky is the hard dry type.

  • Hello Gestaba, I guess this is more the fact that our 200g bags of jerky which is normally $24 is on sale for $16. We do not add bulking agents or artificial flavours, we do not use inferior meat or ingredient to produce a cheap jerky.

I do understand there are cheaper jerkys out there but ours is made with only the best ingredient and all hand made not with machines. Unlike big companies we try to produce a higher quality boutique jerky :-)

We are based at 32 Blackwood Street, Mitchelton in Queensland so if there are any Ozbargainers wanting to try it we have free samples there 7 days a week :-)

  • I actually struggled with your website.

Just tried to order 2 x 200gram bags and it was 15 dollars shipping (The products did say they were 0.6kg combined which was strange as well which brought it to the 500+ gram level). However surely you can get better shipping rates than that. I am not a big shipper but for 15 dollars I can send a 5 kilo box.

    • Hello Kasp, Have just had them adjust weights. Thanks for the pickup…………….

      • Hey also I can't actually place an order.

It goes straight from shipping options to complete order and brings an error saying to select payment options but there seems to be nowhere to select a payment method. Even when you press payment method it just brings you to the complete orders section.

Also you can have a look at clickandsend.com.au it's Australia posts mail service for people who aren't on eparcel. 7.15 to send 500 grams with tracking and 11.70 for 3 kilos.

        • I'm having the same problem with payment too.

      • I've ordered your promo it's charged me 15 shipping surely this isn't right? Font mind paying more for quality jerky but $15 can almost get me another bag. Not good enough hope this is an error and will be refunded my username is cbeecroft

        • Hello Nerve, Unfortunately this is what we are charge by Australia post-Unlike other order on this thread who purchased 400g of jerky, your purchase was 600. We use 500g or over prepaid- Australia Post prepaid satchels WITH tracking is "Medium satchel $13.40 Holds up to 3kg" plus tracking of registered post is $2.95.

  • The free shipping over $100 does make this a good deal. I'll be stocking up pretty soon. It is some very nice jerky.

  • The only thing stopping me from buying their jerky is I just can't be bothered eating it..

Its very tough jerky which makes it a lot of effort to eat, it tastes great but I just can't be bothered…

I wish they would also sell soft jerky.

100% disagree with this.. The Hardness of the Jerky is what makes it!

Couldn't agree more. I thoroughly dislike soft jerky.
