Used them before as well, cheap price, but watch the excess. I went with Medibank for my upcoming trip as I'm expecting to claim on it (gonna need a sea sickness jab) and there's no excess for medical.
Just took this out, saved $10 which is a good bargain - compared a few sites and for the cover provided the price is good.
