  • i dont have an account, but are you able to tell me the general prices of their meals?
    anything in particular to avoid?

All the dinners are shown at http://www.liteneasy.com.au/nova/food_dinners.html and whilst they come in a box instead of on a plate, I feel the portion sizes and food appearance is pretty accurate.

Worst dinner I've had is the Tortilla Stack, but I note on their FB page, some people love it so either (a) they're all wrong and I'm right, or (b) just kidding, there is no second option - those other people are wrong. ;-)

The steaks taste rubbery when microwaved but they do take up to an hour in the oven otherwise so if you order these for the sake of convenience rather than diet, and you want something quick, choose other meals. If time is less important, they're acceptable steaks but I'd prefer to cook my own.

The breakfasts are a really odd group of meals. Sometimes you get two lots of cooked eggs breakfasts and a yoghurt compote breakfast in the same week - they're delicious and different to the same meal each day! Other weeks are basically cereal and toast, and you could certainly do it cheaper buying your own.

      • Here's some real world statistics from a lite n easy household. My partner orders the tortilla stack each week and LOVES it. I on the other hand completely agree with you. In addition to being gross, it also think it stinks up the house! :p

      • I love the tortilla stack, but it's not very filling.

Hate the breakfasts, never get them.

  • thanks just ordered for this week.

  • The food is usually ok, just make sure you have realistic expectations on the portion size.
I'm 6'5 and these didnt really satisfy me, I was hungry an hour later. But for my partner who is 5'5, she finds the portion to be sufficient. So not for everyone and finding meals you like is trial and error.

You will get hungry. That's the whole point of Lite and Easy. I was 70kg and lost 5kg in my belly without doing any excise by eating 5 days a week only. The trick is to 100% stick to the diet. Meaning Low fat milk, no sugar in your coffee (coffee is allowed), no alcohol.

For me the worst is day 2-3 as it is hard to get to sleep when you are empty stomach.
But surprising when I got over day 3 my body learned. Appetite seemed to be reduced and I did not feel as hungry as before.

I have decided to go back to Lite and Easy 1 or 2 weeks every 3 months.

    • I found drinking more water solved the empty stomach issue. I never really drank water before LnE and now have 1 glass per meal, and that's enough to fill me up a bit more.

  • Thank you!

  • I order the 7 lunch/dinner 1200 combo & some extra mini meals. Keeps me going for 2 weeks at a time - and costs about $124 with 15% off in WA.

Last week I used code: Info15% which works for one first order only.

  • FORK! That is expensive. Good thing I'm on a bulk.

  • Missed the deadline :(
