How does it compare to Aldi's O'Donnells Irish Cream ?

Huh? So you've never tried Baileys?

Yes, but he hasn't tried O'Donnells Irish Cream.

        • It tastes about half the price.
If you've got a spare $12.99 try it.

        • It tastes about half the price.

Have you tried them both ?

        • taste actually very good (not the best)

        • Yep.

    • O'Donnells is wine based, btw. Baileys is whiskey based.

O'Donnels tastes pretty darn good, though. For the price, it's definitely worth it over Baileys. When I'm feeling a bit fancy, I'll go for a 1 litre bottle of Feeny's Irish Cream from Dan Murphy's ($29 roughly). It's whiskey based and delicious.

The most painful signup I have ever experienced.

    • Yes, horrible, and now, how do we prove our membership in store? And how to find out if the special is available in WA?

      • -1

we prove our membership in store?

You either go to the MyOffers part of the website and redeem the offer and use a printout, or use the iphone or android app in store…

        • Seems new members don't get the current offers automatically.

I enter my (fake) mobile number and nothing happens, same page re-loads.

I even changed state to VIC, no luck…

        • Try viewing tomorrow…

I remember when I joined, it took overnight before I could see the offers.

        • Where is the MyOffers part of the website?

    • How did you manage to sign up? The page looks borked to me.

Edit: managed to do it. Had to navigate from the Thirsty Camel home page for the Sign Up page to load properly.

  • Is there a limit per customer or can I stock up?

    • Codes are unique I believe, can only be redeemed once.

  • None in Sydney seems like

    • Yep, and what a great name for a bottle-o. Never heard of it before this.

I wonder if Dan Murphy's would price match this offer?

    • Competitors’ premises must be within 10km of a DM store.

    • I wonder if Dan Murphy's would price match this offer?

Doubt it, because it requires membership. Not available to non-members.

I've had Dan's refuse to price-match the 1st Choice Liqour Foursquare offers from a while back…

  • Good point orion. I might try my local Dan Murphy's. Good mothers day gift!
