First time poster, long time ozbargainer.
I thought this was a pretty good deal for the JB Hi Fi exclusive version of Splinter Cell Blacklist Ultimatum Edition (comes with a Splinter Cell watch and comic book)

Online performance is terrible, Ubisoft support is worse than non-existent, you can basically forget about the unlocks tied to crap like the "Spiderbot" mobile game, and if you're a trophy freak you'll also need to wade through the woeful Spies vs Mercenaries mode which is pointless between the slow game servers and all the cheaters using hacked clients.
If you can ignore all of that, and the frustratingly buggy controls, there's a pretty fun single player experience to be had.
Basically you're paying for singleplayer because multiplayer does not work at all on PS3.
The The 5th Freedom Edition on 360 is about $10 more from Zavvi..includes 24cm Sam Fisher Figurine, Steelbook, Collector Box, 96 page Splinter Cell Echoes Graphic Novel etc

Great Game. Had so much fun. Big fan of the whole series.I was sad that it ended.I bought fifth freedom edition from EB games for 36$. Came with Sam Fisher figurine and comic book. I was a bit apprehensive about getting it because there is no Michael Ironside in this. I just bought it to give it a try. Loved it.
Thanks OP. Haven't got the game so popped an order in for it on PS3 as I fond memories of the early Splinter Cell titles on the first Xbox.
Bit of a gimmick, but the watch it comes with looks like a bit of fun too.
Will see what happens - looks like there's not a lot of stock so some orders won't be fulfilled - that's the game!

Great game, had so much fun playing this. Even better playing with a mate in co-op but unfortunately our only choice was split screen as We both could not connect to the terrible online servers and Ubisoft are not doing anything about it. I got the 5th freedom edition for $36 which was previously posted here on OzBargain.
