    Since 2 orders never arrived in the past, and you had to refund via PayPal, and only 2 other orders have ever turned up, would you mind telling me where they are?

    I've emailed support 3 times and get no response.

      Ditto - ordered 4 April, allegedly shipped on 14 April, still yet to receive. I have received other goods from Hong Kong within that time, so their lame excuse about national holidays etc is falling on deaf ears here.

          Same here, have one order (two items) sent 21st last month, still nothing and have had other items from HK delivered since then.

          The reputation of this company is starting to become questionable.. If there is a few dozen of us having issues with goods perhaps we look at having them banned or warned? No point offering a bargain if you don't actually supply the goods.

          I have 5 orders with them all delivered in timely fashion with no issue whatsoever.
          China post can b all over the place.

          Because unlike in the past i wont wait any longer.

  • It is coming from Hongkong and it might take more than 30 business days to deliver to you. I ordered some item on 7th of April but it is still not being delivered. Don't order from this site if you can not wait for a month.

        they don't claim to send in 2 weeks, why would you expect them to?
        They estimate 2-4 weeks from shipping date.
        If you have never had anything go missing from china ur VERY lucky - til you have been refused a refund or replace ur neg seems unwarranted imo.

        Yes BangGood manage great deliveries, but they are also not in HongKong.

          huh? its been two months actaully 5 months, my reply is to leealpha saying 30 business days for delivery is a joke. myled are most likely dropshipping, and holding off sending orders until they make a profit.

          i have two paypal disputes open waiting on a refund, no reply before i opened them. i gave them 4 days to reply (mid week) before opening the dispute.

    Still waiting for replies and globe ordered 3 April allegedly shipped on the 10 April. It is more than a month whichever way you want to look at it.

      Have had it take 6 weeks from Tmart, still comes.

      I have had 5 orders - all no problem

        I get orders from tmart in 2-3 weeks.

          I've had 4/6 orders not show up.
          2 of those 6 orders refunded through Paypal.
          2 of those 6 not refunded as waited to long too claim.
          That leaves me with two orders left.
          Both state approx 10-20 working days to deliver,
          So far order 1 = 33 working days
          Order 2 = 28
          3 emails, no responses,
          Messaged first comment up top the order numbers, and get a response 4 hours later asking for order numbers.
          That gets a neg from me now.
          But to be fair 2 orders have arrived in the past, both within 20 working days.
          2/8 is not good enough odds to keep playing, and it seems i'm not alone.

        • my last t-mart order took 42 days post shipment (took about 2 weeks to ship too) - know cos i contacted them on o day 40 (they normally offer refund after 40 days) and they replied the next day (saying they didn't count the 1st day)- was going to reply the next day but it arrived. 8 weeks all up.
          Bought from them again friday night.

          MyLed orders take ages and most dont arrive.

        • the point is that out of thousands of orders a few dozen not arriving is not surprising with china post. i would be amazed if china post can manage 99% delivery (would be closer to what auspost manage) and even that means 10 in every thousand go byebye, even more are grossly late.

    Just a warning to potential buyers of this deal to carefully consider this stores history as there are constant complaints about items not being received and the reps just ignore these complaints(such as above, replying to a comment with multiple order numbers by…asking for an order number). One of the dodgiest Chinese online stores, and usually not even the cheapest. And someone in a previous deal had a bulb explode, so quality is extremely questionable.

      Most of the parcels are sent for Sweden post which may take a little longer .

    These twits need to be banned!

    Orders being received is way too hit and miss, over time it adds up for Ozbargainers as a whole!

    And i'm not talking about a $2 torch not turning up, i'm talking about big orders for multiple items.

    That said i value $2 like 1c, its my money going to some scammer who delivers 2/8 deliveries and pockets what you don't dispute through your payment method!

      Agree entirely and add
      1) if you change warehouses all orders should have been send before the move, why move it twice
      2) have orders packed and posted before you go on holidays or whatever. freight moves around the world - holiday or no holiday.
      3) why does it take more than 2 days to post an order, are you guys sleeping on the job?
      4) before touting for more orders get your house in order by having all hands on deck to clear the back log.
      5) answer emails promptly without lame excuses

        It was a case of "it just must be me, having postage issues"
        I ordered the bulbs and thought i'd order more stuff in a second order, and surely if i spent good money (led my whole house) then they will make sure it will get here.

        They are defiantly on my black list, i just wish the mods could ban them but they fall into a grey area,
        In order to get a temp ban there needs to be a high negative vs positive response from the community,
        Unfortunately we vote the deal (because its super cheap) but then a large percentage don't get the goods, get refunds and/or just forget.
        So nothing happens and MyLed continue to post, make money, then delay or don't send, then feed bullshit to the customers that the dog ate it..

    All I can say with certainty, it was never send in the first place, certainly created a lot of work for .99USD
