          they had the same deal a while back, the pack i got then is still sitting next to me. as already said only 60g so not very much, but the price if right so i went again. cheers TA

        sustagen sport choc is great for serotonin loading before a big weekend, used to live off the stuff back in the 90's. packed full of ltriptophan ;)

        otherwise, its pretty much just an expensive milkshake…

          It's also used to boost calorie intake for people who are unwell and need help maintaining or increasing their body weight.

          Kinda like Ensure. Only less tasty, IMO lol.

          So unless people meet the aforementioned criteria, nosdan is on the money - it's just an expensive milkshake.

          I wonder how it stacks up nutritionally and cost per litre against drinks like Up & Go etc. hmm!

    I had this via another free sample a few months ago, there was SO MUCH powder i could barely mix it with the recommended milk advised… and the vanilla one tasted gross… just my OP I guess :)
