    1. Gee, I imagine that would have been filled within the first 10 seconds of it being posted. Oh well, I tried anyway :-)

The last time they had this deal I believe the most anybody got was physical mail spam

    • +2

I still get roughly 10-15 physical posted letters from them a year. What a scam!

    • is that so? I can't believe veri sign does such thing…

    • Yep, got this via snail mail ..time to give them a courtesy call

I'm in the same boat, postal spam and a phone call every 6 months. (No USB Drive)

  • I hope I'm fast enough… This was posted 20 mins ago…

I'm still waiting for my 2GB USB drive from Microsoft!

    • If that was the one where you sign up for that e-magazine for businesses, i got the USB for that, but it was only 1GB.

  • same here ozgamer

  • LOL

Yea dont hold your breath for this guys.
But a freebie is a freebie.

I actually like getting spam mail in my mail box. (Snail Mail) means someone took the care of sending it to me. hehe

these guys will call you up and try to sell their stuff, i've never got free stuff from them

  • i would ask where the usb drive if they did call
and get them to send it and wont be buying anything of cause
get a lot of marketing calls and just say nope, if they dont
listen i just hang up on them, no big deal 4 me really!!!
it'll be bouns if the drive does come…

  • I signed up within minutes of the last deal being posted - since then they have been quite happy to market to me, with not a whiff of any USB drive - seemslike a dodgy offer to me.

  • Don't bother. I tried this one last year and only got spam in the mail from them.

  • I'm still waiting for their 1 GB and 2GB USB drives. Done twice and never got one. They called you some times and also send you spam emails.

  • is it for anyone?

  • Dont bother, no flash drive ever comes and all you end up with is a few follow up calls and snail mail.

  • i've been conned at least 2 times and i'm not going to fall for this one the third time.

  • Spam

  • I too have never received anything from Verisign but spams…

I signed up and got a letter eventually, saying I had won a USB drive :) They also had some problem where they thought they did not have my address …

I sent them my address, and since then, they never sent the USB drive, but have sent me junk mail.

    • maybe we should report it to wot
or mc afee adviser and have a flag on this system so it never geets up again.

  • Well, I did get the 1G UBank stick. But I'm not sure about this one. lol

    • Yes so did I.

  • The "latest" offer (the one that was unpublished by the mods today within a few minutes of posting) has been around since at least July of last year so nobody filling in the form today is going to get a USB key!
