$392 is a very good price (cheapest major retailer I've seen in a while), although there is a very slim chance of a minor update in 2 weeks or so though.

With the 10% it's 10% off each item
With the $20 off, it's (original price of item)/(total)x(total-$20)
Or if the person makes a mistake then full price.
