i cant find the offer, and i am a new Costco member living in Brisbane, and i bought my membership on Amex as well as the shopping i did at Costco on Friday.. so if anyone has a direct link to the offer so i can try it, that would be greatly appreciated!
You need to log into your American Express account online. Save the offers under the 'Offers & Places' tab to your card.
I initially wasn't offered it either.
Although if you log in, go to "Offer and places" and then hit the "places" tab and type in the post code for North Lakes 4509 - then scroll down the list and half way there is costco with "offer" next to it. Click on it and there is a save offer to card!
Now I have it too despite not being invited initially :)
