Doesn't appear to be the cheapest. In-fact if people took this up they'd be paying more than uBank under just about any circumstance.
i've only bothered to look at ubank
- 4.83% 3 yr fixed comparison rate. (yours 4.96%)
- ubank new cust variable rate is currently 4.62% (your's 4.88%)
Just an FYI the $150k/25 years is the industry standard for working out the comparison rate. You will find all home loan products use this. I thinks it's about time they updated it to say $500k over 30 years.
