        I had to ask them to reset my account as I had not received multiple samples and they had locked my account. My feedback for these undelivered samples was "Unable to use" as the samples had not arrive.

      i remember seeing something a while back that suggested that they wanted to go to a subscription model and release samples only once a month.

        They had a member survey to get peoples opinions on this. Hopefully everyone else said that they wouldn't pay for a subscription but wanted more frequent freebies.
