          Sorry for this poor experience on April orders .

          We have changed our factory stock which lead to this issue .

          In Fact , most people will get our parcel fast since we use new shipping method .

          On April , the super saving shipping will result in parcel lost and slow shipping issue .

          But now we've changed a lot , hope you can try a new shopping experience on Myled.

        what that means even after you insisted that you send the item many weeks later it still has not arrived, even today as I type this reply.
        Conclusion by me, it was never posted in the first place just like a lot of other people that have not received theirs

          Have you got the parcel , if people don't get the parcel our customer service will refund them .

          We never like to see lost people trust like you , i felt very bad for this .

    Illegal, possibly unsafe. If anything happens, even if this lamp was not the cause, a 'nasty' insurance company/assessor might use this to deny a claim. Uncertified electrical stuff is in the news recently in NSW.

        It is not legal to import your items (to Australia). Some MAY be safe to use. However, none are legal to install and use in Australia - indeed they may be unsafe to use.
