Nose Frida Nasal Aspirators - 10 for $60 with Free Delivery

60

Hi All

Winter is here and babies get runny noses. The Nose Frida is a really effective nasal aspirator to suck out all the bogey. This is a pretty good deal if there are a few parents that share the order. These come with 3 filters which stop the bogey being sucked into your mouth. I'm not 100% sure when the deal expires but I did get the email on the 25th June 2014 and ordered last night so guess they are doing the promotion for a while.

These normally sell for $16 each with delivery so this deal at $6 each is good.

Here is information and some Q&A from the manufacturer

Overview
It’s smart.
It’s Swedish.
It’s maybe a little strange.
It’s doctor invented & recommended.
It’s 100% hygienic due to the included filters (4).
It’s fabulously reviewed (Rachel Ray, Parenting, & more).
It’s a nasal aspirator that ACTUALLY WORKS!
It’s NoseFrida. The Snotsucker.
Instructions
The disposable filter should be in place to prevent mucus or bacterial transfer.
Place the large tube against the child’s nostril, creating a seal.
Use the red mouthpiece to SUCK out the snot. TIPS: Move the tube in a circular motion against the nostril – you will hear and see the mucus coming out of the nose. A few drops of saline solution in each nostril will help loosen thick mucus before using Nosefrida.
To clean, detach all of the pieces, and dispose of the filter. All pieces EXCEPT for the long thin tube should be cleaned with hot water and dish soap (they are also top-rack dishwasher safe). The long thin tube should be cleaned with a few drops of rubbing alcohol and shaken out to dry.
Warning
NoseFrida is not a toy – Potential choking hazard, keep all parts out of reach of children.
Only use NoseFrida for nasal aspiration.
Do not blow air into the red mouthpiece while tube is placed at child’s nostril.
Never attached NoseFrida to a machine.
FAQ’s
Why is NoseFrida better than other aspirators?
NoseFrida is non-invasive – instead of going inside the nose like the bulb, it forms a seal with the outside of the baby’s nostril (creating a vacuum). Parent-powered (mouth) suction is much stronger and more effective than the static suction of the bulb or battery-powered aspirators. NoseFrida is also easy to clean.

Will Nosefrida make me sick?
No. Clinical studies have proven that the hygiene filter prevents mucus and bacterial transfer from child to user.

Can I suck too hard?
No. NoseFrida is safe to use on newborns and preemies. There is no risk of sucking too hard.

Is NoseFrida made of safe materials?
Yes, NoseFrida is made of non-allergenic, latex-free, BPA-free, and phthalate-free polypropylene. It is manufactured in environmentally-conscious Sweden.

I took the tube apart for washing and now it won’t stay attached.
The tube must be pushed firmly until you hear it snap into place. There is a groove inside that holds the pieces together.

Cheers

    • Its for 10, means it's just $6 bucks for each. Its way better than the bubble aspirator as it stays outside the nostril! Great stuff and great price! Not to mention easy to wash as well.

AUD $21.71 delivered from Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00171WXII/ref=ox_sc_act_ti…

20 filters are an additional US$2.54, however they are an "add-on" so you have to spend US$25 first.

I know though that with a sick kid you often need something "know." $60 is an "Australia tax."

  • I bought the Nose Frida for $22 last year and have used it a couple of times. Works brilliantly. The Baby Comfy Nose seems to be the same concept.

  • Ew gross

    • LOL wait to you use one… hahahahaha I got one (different brand) and it is friggin awesome. Give it good suction and you can see the boogers all come out. Poor kid though having it sucked right out of the nose. Saves on the continual wiping though.

why not just use your mouth? free!!

    suck, spit

  • This deal 'snot funny. It should get a cold reception. One read of it and it flu in one ear and out the other (or maybe in one nostril & out the other). I'm sick of deals like this - and my opinion's nothing to sneeze at.

      Too hard dude :-)

  • I got one of these (http://snotty.com.au/products/nasal-aspirators/snotty-one) which works awesome on my kids (1 year old and 3 year old):

It's battery operated, so the suction is quite powerful. (It certainly gets a lot of snot out.)

At $60 it's not a bargain, just giving a different option for any parents out there.
