Travel Insurance Direct has annual for $440 or so. Still cheaper than QBE and i've had no problems claiming with TID

sorry Rep, but even with your 30% off deal, at $539.00 for a worldwide annual multi trip for a couple, its still $100 dearer than TID and that's before their 10% coupon offer. Can you price-match/beat?

    • what is the code for TID to get 10% off - maximum i can find is around ~5%.

  • …..or just buy the time you actually need from 1cover.
Just used them mostly for the rental vehicle excess but they include everything else you would want.
$44 for 9 days, they are excellent

That's very interesting because with TID I have been quoted $339.00 for an annual policy.

With our QBE Promotion it would cost me $269.00 - so unsure where you get your figures from.

And chir0nex I am very glad that you've had no problems claiming with TID - we're not anti competitive and glad to hear when people's claims are dealt with well. That's what Travel Insurance is for :)

It's $339.00 with TID for a single traveller. A duo policy is around $440. Sorry Rep, QBE pricing needs to be more competitive

      • You need to follow the provided link to get the 30% discount. If you just go to their website you get the standard price.

power71 - as stated above, a TID quote for annual policy for myself would be $339, as you stated.

With the 30% off with QBE it is $269.00 therefore I am not going to argue when the QBE is clearly cheaper for myself.

We are offering 30% off QBE's listed price, so that's pretty competitive for a small business such ourselves to offer. Have a good day.

Only cheaper for singles. For a couple, TID is $440 whereas your special is $539 (reduced from $770) for worldwide cover.

Thanks Gaz1. I would look into it further but I'm too busy caring for our Customers and their policies.

We deal with QBE, not TID, so can't comment on TID all I can say is $539 (reduced from $770) is a good saving and we're doing the best we can as an agent. :)

    Have a great afternoon

just bought a 12 month multi trip policy with auspost for $221 with $100 excess 30 day stay. $264 with $0 excess.

    • Is that for single or couple?

    • that was single

  • "(For any trips longer than this duration there are options available)" What and where are the options? Im planning on travelling for 3-4 months so the 60 day limit is too short.
