65" Hisense 3D Smart TV 65K390PAD $1700 + Delivery or Free in Store Pickup @ TGG

160

Been waiting for one of these to drop in price to no avail, and missed out on the old previous model clearance couple months ago, so got the missus to call up and have a talk.

Harvey Norman didnt want to budge, but Good Guys were very helpful. She mentioned the april/may TV sales, and how there must be room to bargain. Got the TV down to $1700 plus standard delivery which we jumped on.

Latest model 65" Hisense for a great price, hopefully others who are looking for this TV will have the same luck. Will scan an invoice when i can.

Power of the pussy. Makes men weak at the knees. Has been in effect since Adam & Eve.

I suggest you utilize this formidable power.

  • So ozbargain, what is the best 65" TV under 3k?

  • Can anyone comment on this one vs the TCL 65" apart from this one running Android, and the TCL coming with 2 sets of 3D glasses. Picture quality differ much?

Also, whats the idea behind this on the Hisense: Display Area 1428.5 x 803.5?

  • How is this compare to Samsung?

  • Just a heads up, the TV is currently on sale for $1789, for those who arent confident in bargaining

Got the TV, FTA picture quality is horrible as expected, but blu-ray is amazing. Only downside is there is no video input button on the remote, have to go into settings menu to change inputs, and the "airmouse" gets annoying as it sits on the screen for a good 20 secs after keeping remote still.

Also i found playing 3d Doom3 on the xbox360, looks great but between some scenes when loading the 3d glasses think signal is lost and they turn off, then TV cracks a fit and it takes a little bit of stuffing around to get going again.

Youtube is horrribbly slow to navigate, but videos run smoothly once you get there. For the price, i think the TV is a good buy
