          My suggestion was for you to make contact via eMail and/or Facebook. Not for all others to do so.

          PayPal is an online merchant's lifeline. Without it, they would have difficulty operating. PayPal has the power to act against merchants, that we lack as individuals.

          So, if we all open a PayPal dispute - and escalate to a claim. PayPal may take notice and restrict Patrik's account in some way?

          An OzBargain ban may be in order if we don't see deliveries soon. There are only 2 reports of deliveries on 22 & 30 August.

          Three now, but I agree about the ban.

      As he has said, he receives updates every time someone comments. That's why I above encouraged posting complaints here.

      There have been no posts from us since 30/8. Today has been a bit busier, so he has taken a look.

      He hasn't posted since 30/08, but I'm expecting a post from OP very soon. Patrick usually responds to my posts quickly. He won't let my suggestion of a ban on him to go unchallenged :-)

    Reported it to Paypal along with a link to here and an outline of what went on.

    • 7 days delivery promised
    • now over 28 days later
    • at about 20 days in, seller only confirmed handling around 50 of hundreds or thousands of orders

    It was refunded a few hours later. I'm guessing that was the seller.

    So if you haven't received yours, it looks like just raise a dispute through Paypal and get your money back now.

    At least I got an email (after lots of complaining) that mine was shipped by airmail… 4 weeks ago (10/8). Must be using the new quad copter airmail service, or maybe carrier pigeon?

    I take it that many are yet to get any confirmation of order??

    If 1 order went missing, that would be unfortunate, but when so many have not turned up…

    Time to lodge your PayPal dispute.

        Completely revamped site - can't log into accounts!

        On mobile, I can get to login entry by placing product in cart, but as you reported - can't login with my details! Invalid login credentials

        Used the forgotten password link, even though I know my password… No account found with that email.

        (Mind you the same thing happened when DS changed their system - old orders disappeared after we had to set up new account with same details.)

        Patrick was logged on yesterday, so he could have told us about the changes. He knew about the changes.
        If I was in business & was launching completely upgraded site, I'd let everyone know! That's what business is about - sales.
        So it makes me very suspicious :-(

        I've asked MODs to reinstate my neg, which I removed after reassurance from Patrick that everything was ok & deliveries were on their way. But mods say "Can't do that, sorry".

      It's likely refunds are being issued for many that were never processed or posted. That would be straight forward.

      I'd like to know if anyone who received confirmation of shipping - have you received a refund via PayPal dispute?

      I had shipping confirmed without a tracking number. The confirmation of shipment was "Noosy - Shipped" in the subject line of an email from Patrik, with an invoice attachment. So professional.

      It also contained a Facebook link to a photo of my hand addressed & stamped envelope at Hong Kong Post. That's different from Patrik's use of Singapore Post for others!

      Yep. I didn't file a complaint with either the guy or paypal, but just received a refund. Its a shame i actually wanted the adapters. Probably would have payed a bit more for them too. But I definitely won't be purchasing anything from him in the future.

      Not that it means much, but I have revoked my + on this deal, but does anyone know how to change it to a minus now?

        You can't change your vote, just can revoke it. I revoked my neg based on reassurances from Patrik, but MODs said I couldn't reinstate it :-(

        That still leaves 115 + votes…

      I said you'd be posting real soon, after my recommendation to have you banned & raise mass PayPal disputes. It's an action we can take against you, denying your ability to sell here. Well who here would ever buy from you after this??

      This deal never did make much sense from a business perspective. You'd have to be crazy to promise far more than you could deliver. That can be death for the reputation of a business. There was really no profit to be made if the deal was legitimate.

      So I have always thought you had some ulterior motive, but I still don't know what it is. (Short term use of funds to fend off insolvency, strategy to improve look of business performance before sale of business, or as an investment?) Are you such a masochist, Patrik? But why ruin a free outlet for your lucrative phone sales, over a failed inexpensive deal?

      All in all, a terrible way to run a business. I hope it fails as badly as this deal. If you were a local business, I would take action against you, through legal means. I'll pass the case on to my HK contacts.

    Even though Patrik had posted a photo of a stamped envelope addressed to me, and a confirmation of shipping on 10 Aug - to prove my order was sent, I also just received the refund. So it was never sent :-[ I revoked my neg based on his deception. Grrr! Really not nice Patrik.

      Bonus. That's what we all should receive for putting up with OP's bs. I was looking forward to.These adaptors.

      I helped in convincing MODs to ban another business - we got refunds & kept the shoddy product. There was a period of negotiating with the business, as I guess they lost enough business to want the ban lifted.

      To apologise after the ban was lifted, all OzBargainers were treated to good 1c deals. (I received a few bonuses like us$10 credit and so many points I got a useful free $12 product. But I reported the deceptive conduct by the business purely because it was wrong & we had been ripped off.)

        They sent me the adapters via registered post and I assumed they sent out first batch without registered post. That may be the reason why some people received them early than you. Hope you will receive yours soon.

          Somehow I don't think I'll ever see them. The OP even posted a photo of my envelope saying "Thats one of Many evelope gone out" to show it was being shipped - on 10 August. It was not regustered, just 3 haphazardly applied stamps.

    Patrik just sent me a message on FB, and then my Noosies arrived in the mail :-)

    Envelope was exactly as shown in photo from link, but of course address was not scribbled out. As I thought, that was done to the photo for my privacy.
    4 hk$1.70 stamps - so my hk$6.40 purchase cost hk$6.80 in postage!

    So did anyone else receive a hk$5 coin?? A surprise bonus! Does this mean Patrik wants me to visit HK ;-)

    My refunded purchase amount will be be given to charity or someone in need.
