    They sold me a product and have ceased communications regarding it, I'd be suspect of dealing with this company. Having said that the first product I bought for 2 Euro is working fine on the rare instances I use it. Maybe hit and miss.

    Paypal used to be supported but Paypal no longer will deal with them, perhaps the rep can explain why.

      If you have an open support ticket, please let me know the ticket ID here - if not, please open one and state the ID once opened here.

      PayPal is still supported. We had some issues with them for a period of 10 days or so (which unfortunately coincided with my holiday! Spending time on the phone and not in the sun is not fun!) - however we're all sorted now with them :).

    Im Sorry rep but why do I have to chase after a product that I purchased. The only reason I would be contacting is to cancel. After three emails stating that the product was going to start there was nothing. Now your saying create a ticket and then tell you the ID? How about you sell a proper product in the first place. Im sure you took my money first without hesitation.

    I would stay away. Have not been able to get the service to work as advertised. I kissed my $10 away and went to another provider that works as advertised.

    From what I have read the response time is close to a month for support tickets.

    do not sign up to these guys, they do not reply to your emails or support tickets, their NZ and australia servers have been down for over a month with no reply OR explanation.

    I have all my unaswered emails,tickets,tweets and everything to support this
