      I bought some Scanpan frying pans and oven roasters that weren't cheap, but I am so glad I did, all the cheap crap I bought over the years just doesn't compare. That is not to say this is worth $109 - that is up for debate. But you tend to get what you pay for.

      I was actually doing some research and people are getting good results from pizza steel plates but they are $80 so yeah, I'm sticking with my $6 stone too.

    Firstly, scanpan is expensive gear…… but you can always find it on sale at Harris Scarfe.

    I'm curious how different this "induction" version is different from their stainless steel frypan:

    That's the one i have and use the most at home, it was $70 during one of their usual sales.

      Well an induction fry pan is for an induction cooktop, a stainless steel version isn't.
