Not really sure what your point is. I don't pick the universities. Sorry.

dont take it personal at all. i am just not a fan of extreme exaggeration. never knew some of the universities listed here were "Australia' most respected". thanks for sharing though.

"Some of" means it's not an exhaustive list. There could be others not mentioned.

(Pity there are no English courses being offered above.)

      • your comment goes very well with Sabs.

        logic.logic.logic.

        lmao

    • A lot of these universities are perfectly fine, and a few are very well ranked. Just because they don't act all snobbish and actually try to provide tertiary education for anyone who is interested in studying (and may not have the opportunity to do so) doesn't mean they're terrible universities.

      • Thanks for your reply. I totally agree many of these free courses are very valuable to anyone that is interested in. I also didnt mean they were terrible universities at all. actually some of them are indeed respectable. however, if someone wants to use the words such as "most respected" to describe Australian universities, some of the ones i mentioned in my op should certainly be qualified and included. The logic is when we talk about the most well-known australian cities, the first ones we will think of are usually Sydney and Melbourne, not Alice Spring or Rockhampton.

The advertising standards authority need you to bolster their ranks.

    • "…some of…"

I hope you didn't actually attend any of the aforementioned universities. Your reading comprehension and/or logic skills would not reflect well on their admission policies.

  • Just out of curiosity, is any of the material assessed? Or are there just modules to read through?

If you pass this course you'll receive a Certificate of Achievement. While this certificate isn't a formal qualification or credit, you can use it to demonstrate your interest in learning about this area to potential employers or educational institutions.

      • Thanks for the deal and info TA.

      • It would be great to have it under 'Interests/Hobbies' on the resume.

  • Looks like these course run every five weeks.

The did not open again 3 days ago. They are ongoing courses. Dupe.

  • Sorry had to neg this, but I've changed my setting on Open2Study site to not get any emails from them, and that didn't work.
Deleted my account weeks later, STILL receiving spam from these people.
