The website says that it is best suited for phones up to five inches and lists the dimensions as 8.27 in x 4.33 in x 0.79 in (21 cm x 11 cm x 2 cm)

Not quite, the website isn't clear but I read these dims as the overall packed dimensions of the cardboard kit.
The website does say the phone spec is "Virtual screen: Best Suitable for phones up to 5 inches (13.5cm) long and 3 inches (7.5cm) wide"
My Note 2 is 150 x 82mm, so seems too big, so by googling I found various models.

You won't be able to close it the front bit, this is because the phone is very wide. You can still use it though, but you'll have to hold it in place. Plus the volume rocker gets hit, so you can't put much downwards pressure on it.

I really doubt they actually sent out any orders. I have already started paypal dispute last week.
Damn all that for nothing.. I'll file a dispute by the end of this week.
Received mine today. Was sent via Swiss post for some reason. The only emails I got from them were the original "new order" one and an update one that says it was "processing". Still says "processing" when checking the status online, so I'm thinking if yours say processing, it should already be on its way.
Just the cardboard thing (no instructions), and a separate NFC tag sticker and a small note in Chinese telling you where to stick the NFC tag.
