This time Bullion Money is offering 1oz silver rounds (NTR Buffalo) for only $1 above spot*. That works out to around $22 each (price fluctuates) + post.

To give you an idea of how good this deal is another very competitive bullion dealer has these at $2 over spot, but you have to buy 1000 to get that price (they are $3.40 over spot if you buy 10). For this deal Bullion Money is pricing them at only $1 over spot for any quantity.
