For those that have saved the Myer offer on Amex (non-bank issued selected Amex), you receive a $50 statement credit for a $200 spend or more online.

You can buy 2 itunes $100 & 1 $50 cards from Myer at 20% off (i.e. $200). Then with the $50 credit, it comes down to $150 for $250 worth of itunes card. It appears that even though this is a gift card, it is a non-Myer gift card and you will get the credit back on Amex (per users that have bought this in the past: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/157483).

    gift it? store it and use it along the way if you have iTunes? personally i'd try to get multiple smaller denomination gift cards (e.g. 5x $50 cards instead of what was described) so that I don't have to use all the credit in one go (for security reasons, i don't like having a huge online wallet even if the merchandise stays locked to my personal account)

    If i could get a bunch of $20 gift cards, this deal would be pretty great for Christmas season

      Also there are Apple App store gift cards with the same discount.
