    if its a proper written valuation from a licenced valuer its a bit different to your local boofhead agent straight out of tafe

  This is like the Resi spam post the other day. You can't press like and download the report as implied in description, you have to hand over your details so they can spam you about their crap. No warning in deal description.

    We hate spam as much as you do and only use your email address to send the free property report.

    We'll update the description and adjust the disclaimer on the free report page.

    We require your property address to generate the report, your name to verify you own the property and your email to send you the report.

    It's a manual process which is why you can't download the report straight away after clicking Like. It will be emailed to you within a few hours (depending on the number of reports in the queue)

  keep getting error message, an error occured,when you try again you get message "you can only view this page through facebook" yet I filled in the form on facebook.
