If you payed via paypal you should've disputed when you had the chance like me. I doubt you will ever see your dedicated IP…
Highly not recommended, I have a dedicated US IP too, which I signed up for months ago which still doesn't work. Also I have this £1.50/year 150GB service and out of the 27 odd locations, only 2-3 work. Very unhelpful service too.

Do not purchase.I've been using one of the Australian locations with minimal issues - reliable connection and good speed. I got the £1/year deal long time ago, which is less than $2… do you really expect great service and amazing customer support at this price? Really can't understand the negative attitude here…
What irritated me most was not the fact it doesn't work really, but when they do respond to a service ticket it is full of lies. For example, they keep saying that the Dallas service will be activated in 4-5 days and it never does, and when I inquired about most of the locations not working, they sent a link to a "status" page which showed that most of the locations were working when they indeed were not. When I reply to these messages, they never respond. Plus they keep advertising it here promising things that they can't deliver on.
I just expect it to work. Is that asking too much?
FYI VPN which have data count, will keep logs.
This deal should really be written £1.50/150GB Expire 1 Year and not £1.50/Year.
Most VPN package either Per GB (no expiry) or Per Year (no GB limit)I agree with the above. Many of the locations do not work. Signed up in May, some locations worked for a week.. stopped using it all together now
Signed up a few weeks ago, was unable to connect to most locations as others have mentioned, and did not receive a resolution for a 7 day money back claim

Signed up for the VPN service … most locations do not work and I can still can not log on to my dedicated Dallas server.
