I have some Stanley Rogers techtonic cookware and it seems like a good deal but just be aware that it is not dishwasher safe and the handles absorb a lot of heat.

If you fry/boil for more than 2-3 minutes you will need an oven mitt to pick it up.

So you can't pick it up while cooking and you have to wash it by hand (wastes time & water)….But as least you'll impress your friends with your brand name cookware.

  • I have a similar set (3 saucepans) which I got from dealsdirect. They are really good. Really recommend.

  • Stay away. Handles get very hot and have burned myself a few times. Got rid of them. I'm surprised they sell this rubbish b/c seems like a massive design flaw. People think is it cheap but stay away.

    • Just buy a silicon handle sleeve.. Problem solved!! Its not very expensive.. I think I paid $2 at DFO.

  • Note: The Techtonic series cannot be used for induction cooktop.

ahhh didnt see that. Well will have to use it with my gas cooktop

  • The 3 Piece Set Is Sold Out

  • NB prices for anything other than the sold out 34 piece cookset are cheaper at http://www.oo.com.au/newsletters/?lnk=hpbanner:stanleyroger_…

At first I hated myself for missing the deal until I read the above reviews.

    • all the negative reviews are for the handles overheating. I have no problem with this as i use a silicon sleeve.

  • Eastern culture: I bought a 28 cm frypan from www.oo.com.au sice I missed this deal. Can you suggest where is the best place, online or offline, to buy the sleeve? Thanks in advance.

    • i got some from amazon a while ago with an order

ive seen them in those dollar shops too for ~ 5 bucks

      • thank you :)
