    Rep.. i am very disappointed with DS customer service… i ordered the logitech keyboard case the other day which was on sale.. without any notice i get $40 Dicksmith gift card… i emailed customer service only get a reply we are out of stock.. i wasn't even given an option.. not i am forced to spend $40.. i can see other colours of the same case.. would you be able to do something for me?

    Store Rep - Surely you've seen the thread regarding the Logitech Bluetooth speaker/headphones. It would be an idea for you to swing by that thread rather than letting you FB customer service crew use the same canned "I'll look into it for you" response to everyone inquiring.

  Wow….

  I ordered 4 things to go over $50 to get the $10 off on Friday.

  Well the 2packs of 8 Eneloops (every Dick Smith order has to include them) have arrived today but in separate packages. The other 2 items, one is shipped and the other on back order (a $1 item).

  So they are paying 4 courier fees after giving free delivery, giving me $10 off a $50 order and discounting everything I bought from 50 to 75 percent as well.

  They cannot be making a big margin on this.

    Yeah they seem to do that as the items are sent from different stores.

    I just received my telstra prepaid packs and was not happy being given one that exprires October 2014. Had to go to a store and get it changed.
