I bought an iPad Air recently with an estimated arrival time of… this Tuesday? I got it two weeks ago :P
I think they put that long delivery time to cover their ass.
Kogan said my macbook would take up to 6 weeks, was here in 2.
I think they're just conservative to avoid complaints.
new one is coming next month. no point in buying this

Didn't realise the old ones stopped working as soon as the new ones come out.
I bought a 16gb Wifi version from target for about $260 a couple of months ago. Could've been an older version.
This one is with retina display.
All iphones and ipads products have 1 year Apple international warranty, just that if it is an Australian product, the govt will sponsor another 1 year, so 2 years warranty in total.
How I know is because I used a Japanese iphone bought from Japan, then the wifi had issues, went to Apple store Australia, and then they told me they need to get a Japanese iphone from Japan, ship directly to Apple Genius and then notify me to pick it up for free, (of course under 1 year warranty)..
Sometimes I pay extra for this kind of service when needed.
this is a decent price for the retina wifi version. previous deals under $300 have always been for the non-retina version. though i have to say that ebay group buy deal for $200 (non-retina version) was much better value than this one. too bad i missed it!
I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on one of these for my wife and kids so they will leave mine alone ( i know, not gonna actually happen), with ebays 15% and 2% cash reward, does anybody think i can do any better?
"Estimated delivery between Wednesday, Oct. 15 and Thursday, Oct. 23". Damn first time buy from Kogan and didn't expect it to take that long for it to get delivered.
