    Not after my last experience with Dick Smith. Repeatedly told lies. Hours on the phone. And finally order cancellation as my only option. There was no need for any of that wasted time….and nothing to show for it at the end. Not even the offer to substitute different eneloops.

          I ordered my xbox one during Dicks 20% off ebay sale and received it within 2 days. I personally have nothing but good things to say about dick.

          I'm pretty sure most of us would pay by cheque via carrier pigeon for a product with no warranty and no returns if it meant we saved 50 cents. If we went only where the best service was Kogan would not even exist right?

        It doesn't get much better instore, you buy something random like a ps4 controller and get asked if you want an extended warranty on it…. If I wasn't so easy going I'd of told him if it breaks I'll be bringing it back, I don't need to pay $7 to tell me that! And the Asian couple next to me barely spoke English yet the guy serving him plugged a $50 extended warranty on a phone

      I'm still waiting on my NAVMAN Dash Cam, has been over a month and still have not received it. Apparently it's been sitting at the warehouse for weeks on end waiting to be picked up via StarTrack… I've gotten 5 invoices saying it's been processed and should be delivered. Raised an issue with Paypal, really would like the item since I purchased it for $79 and it's $169 retail price. Pretty stupid how they cannot allow me to pick up in stores either because the item is awaiting pick up……

    Does OW 5% beat this. Looking at flagship mobiles, eg HTC M8 $692 after discount, so $657 after OW 5% off, then another 5% potentially if you can get the 5% off Coles gift cards, $624 for AU stock.
